  Hands down the best decision

  Tents for Rent dealt with our constant changing plans, needs, and accommodated with friendly responses and did their best to make everything work for us. We rented a tent, tables, and chairs. They are delivered flawlessly, to our less than desirable location. Every time we needed to make a change, they were prompt and went above and beyond to help us. The staff worked fast and were so friendly for delivery and take down.

  everyone i worked with when ordering was so lovely, delivery was perfectly timed and exactly as stated. my dad was thrilled with the delivery guys work ethic and personalities—he literally said “i would be thrilled to have any of those guys as a son or son-in-law they were amazing people” 13/10 experience and would recommend to anyone who needs a tent for an event.

  Great service!

  Tents for Rent took the stress off of our wedding day! From the start, Louise got us a quote in under 24 hours. I had to change the original quote multiple times and she made it so simple! The day of delivery, the sides of the tent were forgotten and she drove an hour away to deliver them to us during set up! I was blown away by Tents for Rent's customer service from start to finish... book them now!

We mainly dealt with Louise and she helped us along each step of the way even as we made changes along the way.   Father of the bride

  With exactly one month before my daughters big day, my original tent vendor just stopped replying to my texts. I was fortunate enough to not have given them a penny! I contacted Tents for rent in panic mode, hoping they had what we were looking for, and timely responses. Well, Malinda from Tents for Rent replied within 5 minutes, with a quote for exactly what we needed. Even came with a layout! Every time we corresponded she was professional, personable and put my anxiety at ease! I am big on customer service and she went above and beyond!! Highly recommend them!!!

  Overall fantastic experience

  We rented a large tent, chairs and dance floor from Tents For Rent for our backyard wedding at the end of May and was very pleased overall with our experience. Not only was the price the most reasonable of all the quotes we got (even though they’re more than an hour away from our house), the service was prompt and very helpful leading up to the event. The delivery/setup process of the high-quality rental items was quick and easy from a professional crew who only took a couple hours for a large job, and teardown was completed without incident while we were on our honeymoon. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a tent etc. rental for their special event.

  Working with Tents for Rent was one of the best decisions I made. I worked mainly with Keith, and his service and attention to detail is unmatched. He walked me through my options in the short time frame we had and knocked it out of the park. Without his help and expertise, our wedding wouldn't have been what it was. I will be renting from Tents for Rent in the future and would recommend their services to anyone considering them. 10/10!!!

  Great rentals..would use again!

  We used Tents for Rent for our backyard wedding! The company was responsive when communicating about pricing and quotes. They were on time to deliver and set up the equipment. The equipment was clean and in good working order. I would recommend this company to anyone and also use them again for future events!

  I rented a 64’ x 45’ sailcloth tent and a 16’ x 16’ dance floor from Tents For Rent for my wedding. I sent them TONS of emails for price quotes and with every question I could possibly think of. Tents For Rent’s staff was always very kind, helpful, and quick to respond. The tent was gorgeous and the dance floor was the perfect size for my party. The set up and break down were quick and the staff was on time. Very glad I used Tents For Rent for my special day. Thank you guys!

  Met with us through the planning and helped us choose what we needed. They delivered and set everything up the day before, then picked it back up when we were already leaving for our honeymoon. Our tent made a great backdrop for our reception, as well as the other items we rented like tables, chairs, and linen.

  I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a rental. From the tent, to the tables, linens, dance floor, everything’s was clean and sturdy. Set up and pick up was super quick and efficient, plus the staff was super nice and placed everything exactly where I wanted. They even lauded a huge tarp down under the tent before setting it up so that it wouldn’t get dirty. They were also the most affordable out of all the other rental companies that I called, and I called ALOT. They even draped the lighting into the center of the tent for a romantic feel without charging hundreds of dollars for it like all the other places. Use this company! You won’t regret it!

I searched and found tents for rent and after one phone call I didnt look elsewhere. I spoke with Kim and Louise the whole process. They were both so helpful I cannot say it enough. They guided me through the reserving process, how to make changes, and delivery. They even set up a site visit to check out where the tent would go. Elvin was at the site visit and in charge of tent set up and breakdown. On top of being an extremely nice guy, Elvin was smart and efficient with his team for set up. The tent was set up perfectly exactly how we drew it up. The heaters kept our guests warm all night without issue. The quality of everything was amazing. We highly recommend this company and team!

  Tents for Rent is easily the best vendor for outdoor weddings in SE PA. Their tents are amazing quality. We also rented their chairs, a generator, lighting, and heaters, and it all came together for a flawless beautiful day. EVERY employee is ready to assist and so flexible and responsive. If you're not using this company for your outdoor wedding, you're already making a mistake.

  Tents for Rent is easily the best vendor for outdoor weddings in SE PA. Their tents are amazing quality.   Amazing,Professional,wonderfu communication

  I highly recommend tents for rents if you need a tent for any type of event. We rented one for our wedding in our front yard and words can’t describe how helpful they were. They allowed us to have the tent for the whole weekend and set up and take down was so fast. Also due Covid wedding planning, I had so many changes over the last 3 months, every call and email I sent was communicated with friendly helpful responses! Tents for rents allowed us to have a beautiful outside reception for our wedding!!

  Magical tented wedding

  I highly recommend Tents for Rent, my wedding reception was held under their 84’x45’ sailcloth tent and it was absolutely gorgeous! They were extremely flexible with adding and removing items from my original quote. Marlene was my main contact at Tents for Rent and she was excellent, very responsive and helpful with problem solving and talking through what I needed to pull off a backyard wedding. We also rented our restroom trailer from them it they were the nicest portable restrooms I have ever seen. I highly recommend Tents for Rent as a one stop shop for everything you need for an outdoor wedding!

  Great company - restroom trailers are a GREAT BUY!

  I rented tables, chairs and a huge restroom trailer for my at-home wedding. Tents for Rent had fair pricing, was prompt with communication, flexible when I adjusted my order a few weeks before the wedding, and wonderful accommodating my drop-off and pick-up needs. They were especially diligent making sure the restrooms were hooked up and working properly... guests were VERY impressed with the rented facilities... an absolute MUST for anyone needing to rent restrooms.

  A must have for your event.

  We rented a luxury 4 stall restroom trailer. Had air conditioning and heat for year round use. This was used for our daughters outdoor wedding with over 165 guests. Very pretty inside and perfect for all guests. Company was great to work with though the whole process. When your guests are impressed you know you made a good choice.

  Best ever!

  I rarely write reviews. I’ve rented tents several times and this was BY FAR the best experience I’ve had. From my initial call to Daryl Sensenig, to the eventual break down of the tent, things could not have gone smoother. Clear consistent communication from customer service and even the installer. Don’t hesitate a minute to entrust your event to Tents For Rent - this Company has its act together!

  Exellent Service ! Excellent Quality!

  I could not have been happier with our experience. We hired them to provide a tent (optional sides) tables, chairs, linens and bathroom trailer. Everything was delivered and set-up just as promised. The tent, chairs and linens were are sparkling white and in excellent condition. The bathroom trailer was absolutely amazing! Super clean and the took care of setting it all up. I wish there were a six star rating, I would give it to them.
