Nicole is a gem! She goes above and beyond for all of her couples!! She helped make our entire day magical. She was instrumental in the remodel of the ballroom and it is sooo beautiful! The brides suite is beautiful with 2 bathrooms to accommodate the biggest of bridal parties. The historical feel of the ballroom paired with the balcony creates such drama and a theatrical feel! Plenty of places on the property for photo opportunities! An unforgettable day!! -

11-11-23 Wedding
First off this venue is beyond gorgeous and romantic! We had a smaller wedding with only 55 people and even though the venue fits close to 200 people we felt so cozy and still utilized the entire space. We also absolutely loved the bridal suite it has so many features, and it was such a luxury to have access to the venue all day! We were already in love with this venue but Nicole sealed the deal! From our first tour we felt so at ease with Nicole. She was so responsive and answered any questions we had, and her advice was invaluable. We are so appreciative to her and her team.The Ballroom at Park Lane's reply:

The Ballroom at Parklane is such a unique venue with a speakeasy, ballroom, AND courtyard that choosing it for our wedding reception was a no brainer. Nicole was extremely helpful in planning and preparing, answering every little question I had right up until the day before. The day of was perfect, all due to Nicole's work, which made our wedding a day to remember.The Ballroom at Park Lane's reply:

Amazing place to have a wedding!
The ballroom, including Maddie, literally made our dream wedding a reality! The venue is gorgeous, with vintage aesthetics like spiral stairs cases, a ballroom, a speakeasy, tow balconies and gold elevator doors. The outside landscape is beautiful and perfect for pictures. There are many ways to transform the venue that fits every couples vision. Maddie was amazing to work with, she answered every single one of my emails, promptly and was available not only to me but my vendors if they had questions. Maddie even let us extend our evening because it was New Years Eve, which meant so much to us! Maddie takes care of all decor, set up and take down, icing on the cake, and another thing we didn’t have to stress about. The ballroom has both a bridal suite and groomsmen room, making getting ready so easy! I would 100% recommend having your wedding at the ballroom! -

The Ballroom at Park Lane is the perfect wedding venue! Madeline, the coordinator, was on the ball and made everything run smoothly. The venue is gorgeous and we enjoyed the speakeasy for cocktail hour, the courtyard for our first look, the bridal suite for getting ready, and the main Ballroom for the ceremony and reception! We had just under 100 guests and the size of the venue was perfect. The valet company fell through at the last minute but Madeline helped to arrange parking signs and get a security guard to walk guests to their cars if they wished. We couldn't have been happier with our venue! -

The venue is absolutely amazing! The space is great, with have access to the ballroom, the speakeasy and an outdoor courtyard. Very easy to work with Madeline. All of the guest were impressed as well. -

The Ballroom at Park Lane is an incredible hidden gem in the wedding reception world. We stumbled upon it after looking at a number of other venues, and knew within minutes of arriving that it was where we wanted to have our reception. The dining room and speakeasy are a beautiful preservation of history with modern features. Our guests are still telling us (months later) how much they loved the booths and the speakeasy area. It was a perfect size for our guest count of about 100; it felt very intimate while still having enough room to dance and mingle. Many of our older relatives appreciated being able to spend time chatting in the ballroom after dinner while the younger crowd danced in the speakeasy.
Maddie, our coordinator, exceeded expectations in every way. She was readily available throughout our whole planning process, and always promptly responded to our questions. We were able to stay on track with payments and planning details through the online portal, so we were confident that everything was addressed before the wedding week. Maddie was on site for our entire reception, and seamlessly coordinated all of the wedding day details with our caterer, baker, and DJ. We had absolutely no stress during our reception, which we are very much thankful for. Our decorations were set up perfectly, and she had everything packed up nicely for us to pick up the next day.
We have only excellent things to say about our experience with Maddie and the Ballroom at Park Lane. Our evening was so perfect that we wish we could do it all over again! -

When my husband and I were shopping for our wedding venue, our goal was to find a space that was not the typical hotel ballroom or banquet hall.
The first time I walked into The Ballroom at Park Lane, I felt like I had found my space, but, of course, since I was visiting alone on a whim during my lunch hour, I needed my future husband to sign off as well! Thankfully, when we went back to The Ballroom together, he was as smitten as I was.
The Ballroom is the perfect space for the couple who is interested in Cleveland's history and wants a venue with charm, elegance, and class. We loved that not everyone in Cleveland had gotten married at the same place as we did! Not a lot of people know about this hidden gem. Be sure to check out the bridal suite and groom's suite when you visit - definitely one of the reasons we decided on The Ballroom. Our getting ready pictures were perfect and the logistics of all getting ready in one space made our day that much easier.
The venue is a great value for the money and the best part is that when you book you receive the services of the venue coordinator, Maddie. Maddie went above and beyond for our day. Our guests and my family were raving about her professionalism, poise, and ability to anticipate our every need (e.g., emergency kit in the bridal suite, telephone number of the shuttle bus when no one else had it, decorum with guests who had a little too much to drink, helping us set up all our decor, letting us drop things at the venue early). Maddie is definitely a huge asset to The Ballroom and to a bride and groom's wedding day.
Overall, I could not be more thrilled with the way that our day turned out and The Ballroom and Maddie were the absolute biggest part of that! -

Sarah Sent on 06/12/2018We held a wedding reception for 125 at Park Lane, and our guests, many of whom were longtime Clevelanders, raved about the beauty and vibe of this hidden historic gem. The atrium area was perfect for our cocktail reception with a small jazz trio tucked into one of the adjoining alcoves. We were able to select some local craft brews and even bring in a keg from a microbrew friend that was a highlight of that part of the evening. Because Park Lane offers a by-consumption bar plan, we also only paid for what our guests consumed, so everyone got what they wanted and our bar bill was far less than other packages. The ballroom itself was a dream for a buffet reception, and its historic decor meant that a little decoration went a long way in a beautiful venue. Throughout it all, Madeline was just a joy to work with -- responsive, flexible, creative, and, on the evening itself, ready to make the evening what it needed to be. We did a pretty careful analysis of the Cleveland event space market before choosing this venue, and it certainly lived up to our view that it was an outstanding value with great service for a special evening.
