The saying goes, "Life is short, eat dessert first!" And with desserts from The Dessert Stand, that’s precisely what you’d want to do!
From our first bite-sized sample to the full dessert spread at our event, Britney and her team proved that they are masters of sweet creations. Our request for delightful fall-inspired desserts was met with enthusiasm and creativity. The mini pumpkin pies were a particular hit – a perfect marriage of traditional flavors with a modern twist.
Beyond the sheer taste and aesthetic appeal, what struck us the most was the level of dedication and love poured into each dessert. Every morsel was exquisite, making our event even more memorable. It’s no wonder our guests continue to rave about the dessert experience, with many saying it was the cherry on top of a fantastic evening.
Working with Britney and her team was an absolute treat. Their professionalism was sprinkled with warmth and genuine passion for their craft. Their dedication to ensuring every detail was perfect, from setup to the last bite, made us feel at ease, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the sweet moments of our event.

Plenty of my guests said they did not like cake, that was not the case when they tried our three layer cake from Dessert Stand. One was cherry, which is an odd flavor, but we ran out within 10 minutes, one was cinnamon roll, and one was chocolate. The venue could not slice cake fast enough for how quickly guests were eating through it. Delicious, affordable, and impeccable customer service!!The Dessert Stand's reply:

My husband and I got our wedding desserts from The Dessert Stand back in early Oct 2022 and are so happy we chose them! They were so wonderful to work with for our special day and enjoyed every minute and bite. We were able to do a tasting with them that was so much fun and we all left so stuffed. They were always so flexible with us and accommodated our requests for cake pulls (a family tradition from Louisiana) and also our request for vegan and gluten-sensitive options!
They were right on time for our wedding and got everything set up so quickly and beautifully. All of our guests adored the desserts and thought they were so delicious! We already started making a habit of running in for a quick cupcake whenever we're in the area and we'll definitely continue to do so!The Dessert Stand's reply:

Britney and the dessert stand were amazing! Every guest loved our desserts so much, we barely had leftovers! Going back a week after our wedding for another round of all the wedding desserts so we can enjoy them again. Highly recommend!!!The Dessert Stand's reply:

Due to having a LONG engagement, we had lots of time to pick our vendors. We had sampled cakes with the Dessert Stand over a year before even deciding and honestly they exceeded every mark for selecting our cake. We always thinking back to them and their services and selection, it out-did so many other cake vendors we sampled. We elected on a cutting cake only, and the design was beautiful and they made it a breeze for pick up and answered all of our questions! The cake was FABULOUS tasting and not overly sweet or dry. After meeting several tastings I fell in love with The Dessert Stand. My fiance and I went in for a tasting and were blown away by the quality of all of the desserts as well as the many options offered. We selected 10 desserts to try and are excited to have our cake and dessert table prepared by The Dessert Stand. We live very close to The Dessert Stand, and knowing that we needed to get a cake 2 hours up into the mountains - we were looking for someone who could not only make a beautiful cake/desserts, but would also make the cake transport more convenient for us.
I had a very specific vision of what I wanted my cake to look like, and Britney at The Dessert Stand immediately understood my vision and worked with me to get to the cake I wanted - even though it wasn't standard to what they did. They even sourced dried wildflowers for me and put them onto the cake - most other vendors I spoke to told me I would need to bring the flowers and put them on the cake myself, or that my cake wasn't possible.
Our tasting was great, and we ended up even changing our minds on the desserts we had because we found some great cupcakes we really loved - we did a cutting cake and were able to give our guests cupcakes that matched the cake flavors so that our guests could "try" the cake too! The day of, they gave us instructions on how to keep it fresh, and boxed everything up so it would survive the drive up.
Overall the cake turned out beautiful - everyone loved it so much we just ended up serving it to our guests anyways, even though that wasn't planned! It was big hit - thank you so much Dessert Stand! Highly recommend working with them.The Dessert Stand's reply:

We had such a wonderful experience planning our Fall wedding with The Dessert Stand. The abundance of flavors was almost overwhelming. (In a good way) We decided to go true Fall with three layers. Pumpkin spice, salted caramel, and Italian wedding. Everyone absolutely loved the cake! We chose a simple naked style cake and loved the way it turned out. The cake was just as delicious as we remembered from our fantastic sample cupcakes!The Dessert Stand's reply:

The Dessert Stand worked with my fiance and I to create the perfect spread for our wedding dessert. We changed our minds a million times (close to 5 in reality), and they were pleasant and flexible with each adjustment. We received SO many compliments on the cake flavors; moist cakes and unique flavors made our day extra sweet. We ended up settling on a small cutting cake and a variety of bite-sized mini cupcakes, and it was a huge hit. People could try multiple flavors without committing to one XL slice or cupcake. Our favorite flavors of the night were the Italian Wedding Cake (almond / vanilla), Chai, and Pear & Ginger. We will DEFINITELY be going back to The Dessert Stand for our anniversary treats!
*We had a Wedgewood Wedding at Mountain View Ranch, and they were the recommended dessert vendor for our package. Our rate was lessened a bit because of the package value, however, we vetted other places and still chose The Dessert Stand over other wedding cakes. -

We are so happy with The Dessert Stand. They catered dessert for our July 20 wedding in Larkspur, and my bridal shower in May! Both times they were so efficient & responsive, and the desserts came out perfect. Their display set up was awesome for us, super rustic (what we were going for). It was SO hard to pick just a few flavors for our wedding day because everything we tasted was delicious. We can't wait to have them remake our wedding cake 1 year from now!The Dessert Stand's reply:

This company is so easy to work with! We had them cater our desserts for our wedding. We went in for a tasting, and picked out the cupcakes and a cutting cake we wanted for the wedding. The cupcakes were amazing and we got so many compliments! They also made our day easier by delivering and setting up the dessert table for us, with stands and everything provided. Would highly recommend for a wedding!
