Fantastic team that is so talented!
From securing my date to the team arriving onsite was a breeze. This team has the best communication and makes booking services not only for the bride, but the bridal party so easy! They took inspiration photos and made dreams come true. Every bridesmaid was saying they have never been a part of the wedding where everyone’s hair and makeup was done so perfectly. For myself as the bride, when I saw the final results I had tears in my eyes. They were just the best group of ladies who came in and were having fun with us and made the day so special. I cannot recommend them enough! -

I booked D&L for hair and makeup for both ceremonies on two different dates. They were amazing! Peaches and Sara did such an amazing job! I had a shorter timeline for my first ceremony and they were able to fulfill it without making it filled rushed. I really felt like a Queen for both days! They were punctual, fun and use the highest quality products. Highly recommend! -

When I pictured my wedding hair for my big day for myself and my bridal party I knew I had to hire the best! Priscilla and her team are amazing! I wanted an elaborate Russian 3D updo and I booked a trial with Priscilla herself. We worked together to discuss the elements of the style I loved the most and were important to me to be incorporated in my look from the inspiration pictures I provided. She helped keep me sane and not a ball of nerves for the big day! My wedding hair turned out amazingly beautiful. I would highly recommend Priscilla and her team for your bridal hair needs. 10/10 -

We had a fantastic experience with Destiny & Light! As the bride, I went with the Hollywood Package for hair & makeup and my bridal party did the bridesmaid packages. The beauty team was on time and professional. They did an amazing job making all of us look like queens on our special day! We were a fun bunch so, they had a lot of fun with us too! Pricing was definitely affordable and it was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend them! 🤍 -

Fantastic job!!
I used Destiny & Light for my wedding and they were great! I had a lot of bridesmaids plus my mom and MIL and they did a great job about being on time with a big group to ensure we were ready when we needed to be. Angel did my hair and makeup and I was so happy with how it turned out. Morgan and Sarai also helped with hair and makeup, and overall I am very glad I booked them for my wedding day! -

Destiny & Light were a great and professional company to work with! My bridesmaids and I were over the moon with their services and we all came out looking incredible! The hair and makeup artists showed up on time, and made any changes on the spot with our hair/makeup that we wanted, so we would feel the most comfortable in how we looked on wedding day. 10/10 would recommend. -

Amazing! Hire this Company!
Destiny and Light was an excellent company to work with! From the beginning they were responsive, helpful, flexible, and answered all the questions I had! My makeup and hair artists were very friendly and professional, and made me feel extremely comfortable on my wedding day. They fixed anything that my bridesmaids didn’t like on the spot and made sure everyone liked their looks before the wedding started. I would highly recommend this company for any important event! -

I used Destiny and Light for my wedding and the hair and make up artists did a fantastic job. I worked with Jackie, Amanda, and Sarai. I wanted non-traditional make up at my wedding- I wanted high fashioned looks because I love fashion. If I'm going to spend for hair and make up, I wanted it to be exciting.
Amanda did my hair and make up and I thought she took direction really well. I love white eyeliner but I'm aware it can look weird in photos, and I wanted to toe the line between weird and beautiful. After a few iterations in the trial, she helped me reach that. I was grateful for not only her technical skill, but her creative expertise. She was also able to exactly understand the "look" I was going for hair-wise- which was also a little non-traditional- and I was happy with her first attempt. I did a big-hair look and it didn't die throughout the night.
One of my bridesmaids is Asian and she was impressed with Sarai's work and said to write in my review that they are skilled in working with Asian skin and features (eg hooded eyelids).
Jackie also did a great job- especially on my mom. I was anticipating my mom being picky and complaining but that she did not do.
Jackie, Amanda, and Sarai all were perfect! I was a little worried that my alternative looks would not be possible and that they'd push me towards something simpler and easier but they enthusiastically went along with my concepts. We showed them the inspiration pics and they went to work! I heard no complaints from my bridesmaids and they all looked fabulous to me. They made me wedding co-opted into a fashion show reality! I might update this review with pictures when I get the professional ones back.

If you are looking for a company to do your hair and makeup for your special occasion, Destiny and Light should be your first choice. They responded very quickly to my initial request and they kept the line of communication open right up to my appointment.
Amanda was my stylist/beautician. She was prompt - arriving at my location a little before our scheduled time. She was professional and friendly (it was easy talking with her). I didn’t have a specific hair style in mind, but after she say my dress, she suggested a style that was complimentary. I received a lot of compliments about my hair and makeup. I would definitely use this company again and suggest you give them a try - money well spent!!! -

Great service, organized planning, and AMAZING hair/makeup!
Destiny and Light, and my hair/makeup stylist Amanda, were AMAZING. They were so flexible and agreed to do a trial for me on a Sunday because I live out of state and that was the only time I could do one. They were very responsive to all communication and the schedule they created for the day of was so organized (I am a planner-type, so this was very comforting for me). Amanda was such a kind, genuine, and calm presence and my whole bridal party loved her. I love that she was able to meet us at the hotel to start in the morning and then was able to transfer to the venue to finish up later in the day. Not to mention my hair and makeup stayed put even in the Florida humidity and through getting rain poured on me! I cannot recommend Destiny and Light, and Amanda, enough! Book them NOW! -

Hair and makeup
The girls here are amazing and so talented!! Amanda, Renee and Emma are the 3 ladies who did myself, bridemaid and both the moms and they did a wonderful job! Hair stayed in all night and makeup stayed on! Didn’t even need to touch up through the night!! I would highly recommend these ladies and company! 10 stars!! -

Amazing Hair and Makeup Service!
I hired Destiny and Light to do hair and makeup for my wedding. Amanda did my hair and makeup and brought Emma with her to help with the moms and bridesmaids. These ladies were AMAZING! They were fast, efficient and everyone looked absolutely gorgeous. I have nothing but good things to say about these ladies. If you are looking for hair and makeup for your wedding, I HIGHLY recommend Amanda from Destiny and Light! -
