I recently had the need for a outside venue to host a corporate event with a considerable short time frame.  The Trivium was up to the challenge and performed magnificently.  The staff was very responsive and diligent with my team in arranging the event making sure every detail was addressed.  The event including catering that was also managed by the Trivium staff and the whole thing was pulled off without a hitch.  By choosing the Trivium, it allowed me to focus more on my client and the message my team was delivering, and less on the details of the meeting area.  I got rave reviews from my client on the setting, the food, and the staff which just added to the over success of my event.  Thank you very much Trivium!!!!

The Trivium estate and conference center is a home built in 1832. The ballroom was added in 2005 and boosts a large stage/dance floor and can seat up to 150 people. The Trivium has ample space that can be tented for additional guests outside. We are one of the few venues in the Lynchburg area that allows outside catering. In addition, The Trivium has an onsite photo booth to instantly capture special moments from your event. This adds a fun twist for any event! The Trivium has been under new local ownership and management since the start of 2011.

Everyone raved over the venue and we certainly appreciate the help in providing us a discounted rate! Only two things I noticed for future planning was that there were no speakers on the stage for the sound system and the salad bowls were quite large. The caterer did not anticipate the size of the bowls so we ran out of salad before the last table made it to the buffet.

As you know, you event was rather large and to accomodate everyone we had to do some seating on the stage which we normally do not do. However, as noted we will be adding speakers.
