The Union Club hands down was the most beautiful venue for a winter wedding. Nancy and her staff were a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process and provided the highest quality of food, atmosphere, and service. Truly flawless! The Union Club and its staff created a life long memory.

Nancy and The Union Club staff went above and beyond all of our expectations during the whole weekend of our wedding. From the beginning, they were responsive, organized and overall amazing to work with. The Union Club staff and overall look/feel of the Club made our wedding a dream. Our guests have continued to rave about how amazing and elegant The Union Club was. Their staff was top notch through the entire day and we are so appreciative of their efforts. I highly recommend The Union Club for any event, especially a wedding!

The Union Club was an incredibly beautiful venue and our wedding was a dream. Nancy and the other staff including Berkant were an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely professional. Hosting our wedding at The Union Club, was the easiest and best decision we made! From start to finish, Nancy and the folks at The Union Club made the planning and execution of our dream wedding a breeze. Our day ran so smoothly, and every little detail was thought of. We are so grateful for the amazing staff that coordinated our day! The space itself is beyond believe, and our guests raved about the food and amazing bar service!

From the first meeting and tour, to the tasting, to the preparations, to the last dance, everything was perfect. The professionalism of all the staff and the welcoming spirit made the bride, groom and all the guests feel special and well cared for. Having the entire facility to ourselves was an added bonus. We received countless compliments on the venue, the food, and the service. We couldn't be happier. It was all too good to be true.

The Union Club was THE best place to celebrate our special day. The staff, facility, and experience were first class. Nancy was a blessing to help us navigate planning, replanning, and replanning again due to covid. She and the entire staff were attentive to all our details and made us feel so special. Our guests were blown away by the beauty in the details of the building, the decedent quality of the food, and exceptional service. We would have our wedding here time and time again and would recommend this facility for any and all events.

Never in a million years could I have imagined that our wedding would have turned out as perfect as it did. My husband and I & a few of our immediate family members stayed on the 4th floor of the union club the week of our wedding and from the moment we walked in the door until the morning we left the staff was extremely accommodating and so sweet. The building was incredible. My girls and I got ready on the 2nd floor in parlor 7 and my husband and his groomsmen got ready on the fourth floor, it was great. And my lord, our reception, let’s just say I cried when I walked in the reception for the first time. It was a dream. The entire weekend at the Union Club was WAY better than I could have imagined. It was perfect. Book here! You won’t regret it.

We had our wedding at the Union Club during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the shut down we weren’t sure if we’d be able to move forward with our wedding on the original date. We decided to move forward with everything as planned. The Union Club was absolutely wonderful with everything. Nancy is incredibly helpful, and she is so kind and understanding. Our day-of coordinator was not very helpful to us prior to the day of the wedding and Nancy helped us through all of the questions we had. The staff were always attentive and professional, the food was good, and everyone had a wonderful time. You will not regret having such an important event at the Union Club!

The Union Club is a first-class business/social club in Cleveland, and our wedding reception was exactly that. Having the entire building as your venue is an experience unique to the Cleveland market. The Catering Sales Manager, Nancy, made the planning process effortless and straightforward. Nancy is a true professional, which translates down to the service provided by the Union Club staff. The chairs, linens, tableware, glassware, flatware, etc., included in your package are of the highest quality. The food was fantastic, which is prepared on-site by a Certified Master Chef. Not having to worry about third party rentals or outside catering was very important to us. The Union Club is a one stop shop, which made the planning process that much easier. Nancy Zaroogian did not miss a beat during this very fluid time of change. She was an absolute delight to work with and the club is so pretty. The food was presented in a lovely way and was delicious. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Thank you Nancy to you and your staff for making our rehearsal dinner perfect.

Everything about the Union Club was perfect for our wedding day. They have the best food and service in the Cleveland area. The staff is very thoughtful, responsive, and professional. We recently hosted our wedding at the Union Club and could not be more pleased with the venue and with our planning coordinator, Nancy Zaroogian. From our first meeting, Nancy was a dream to work with, answering all of my endless questions in a timely manner and seeing to every little detail to ensure our big day was perfect! The venue itself was absolutely spectacular and breathtaking, our guests are still raving about it. We had our ceremony in the front room which was so elegant in the evening, the cocktail hour sprawled between the bar and library which added a cozy feel to kick off the night (complete with a roaring fireplace) and then the dinner and reception in the grand ballroom. It felt like we were at Downtown Abbey!
The food and wine was the best I've ever had at a wedding, a review I've heard over and over again from our guests. The staff were courteous and professional and service was perfectly timed.
I can't say enough about the Union Club as a wedding venue. They made the process SO easy and stress free - every bride's dream! - and worked seamlessly with our other vendors. Our wedding at the Union Club was incredible, and I cannot find words adequate to express just how wonderful Nancy Zaroogian and her staff are.

From the very beginning, Nancy was organized, responsive and incredibly knowledgable about not only the venue but wedding planning in general. I did not have a planner, and Nancy patiently answered every question and offered guidance when needed. I work in events, and Nancy is hands down the best venue contact I have ever worked with. If I lived in Cleveland I would try to plan every event with her at the UC!

Everything about the Union Club itself was fantastic. From the servers to the receptionist to the maintenance staff, every single person we encountered was kind, attentive and dedicated. They made us feel incredibly special while allowing us to not worry about a single thing.

The Union Club’s wedding packages are inclusive, conducive to stress-free planning, and worth every single penny. The food and service are incredible, and they were flexible and open to reasonable adjustments without adding upcharges for every single request. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the experience was and how pleased we were with our wedding. We are still receiving compliments months later. My wedding at the Union Club was an absolute dream! My priorities in a venue were having privacy, a gorgeous ballroom, and top notch service for our guests. We found this all and more with this venue. Compared to other downtown venues in Cleveland, the Union Club is unique in that we were the only wedding the entire weekend. The club was only open for our use and I didn't have to worry about running into guests from another wedding or my guests running into another bride! Knowing that the venue was purely focused on our wedding that night gave me a lot of peace of mind. Second, if you haven't stepped foot inside the Union Club, you will be blown away by the beauty of the space. The stunning staircases were beautiful for my professional pictures and also for my guests own photo-ops. The ballroom was exactly what we were looking for in terms of elegance and size. Most of all, the service was impeccable. The catering manager, Nancy, was a joy to work with. She truly made our wedding so special and run smoothly, and she has a wealth of knowledge on wedding logistics. Her staff made sure that my groom and I had food and drinks and got special attention throughout the night. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, to the gentlemen at the valet, to the servers and bartenders delivered exceptional and thoughtful service. The Union Club truly made my wedding extra special and more wonderful than I ever imagined. I can't thank them enough!
