  Thank you, Anna and Ingrid our wedding was amazing. You all went above and beyond to make our special day spectacular. The food was deelish we received many compliments from our guests. Anna thanks again for taking our gift cards, etc..to our room.

  Anna was great to work with!

  We planned a wedding on relatively short notice, and found the Westin to be by far the best facility on this part of town for our needs. Anna and her team was great to work with, worked closely with our wedding planner, and executed perfectly on our wedding day. EVery detail was taken into account and handled. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

  Outstanding Venue and Excellent Service

  We were exceptionally happy with the wedding reception for our daughter and son-in-law at the Westin Lake Mary. The courtyard was lovely for the hors-d'oeuvres and the ballroom looked beautiful for the dinner and dancing. We enjoyed planning the details and working with Kirk, the catering coordinator, who was very professional and paid close attention to all the details. The staff did an excellent job the evening of the wedding and overall, everything was even more beautiful than expected. It made for a lovely venue for the celebration of marriage of our daughter and her husband.

  Great service, staff and amazing food! Best wedding food I've ever had. They were super helpful. I fired my wedding planner and ended up not needing one because patty from westin helped do everything. Set up stuff for us, directed the vendors. Loved them!

  The Westin in Lake Mary is a beautiful hotel, the decoration is so modern, the service is just perfect, it's like everybody knows you, they gave us a special rate for our out of town guests, they gave us the bridal suite from the day before, plus everything I asked for my wedding day was a yes, the decoration was beautiful and my guest are still talking about the food, I think everybody went for second.

  We had our wedding room block at the Westin for our wedding in October and we couldn't be happier. They were very professional and easy to work with. All our guests loved their accommodations.

Unlie a lot of hotel with bright colorful carpets, everything is a pretty silver, which matches with any color scheme and the walls have a silver shimmer design that comes alive with uplighting. The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect, but the road leading up to it was a little rocky because the staff was often difficult to work with. They said they gave us a room block discount, but it ended up being a price that was far higher than what they normally charge per night and when I asked about why they were making my guests pay more to be in the room block when I was bringing in a lot of business, they had no answer. Everyone raved about the food, though, and the day of the staff had everything in order so that everyone had a great time. There was space for both an indoor and outdoor cocktail hour and a nice room for the bridal party to have a chance to eat while we waited. The room was absolutely beautiful with draping and uplighting, too.
