I can't say enough great things about the Westin Southfield, especially Andrea Gerber - The Director of Events, along with her entire team. My wife Pooja Sharma and I (Naveen Sharma), planned, and executed a multi day wedding on October 8th, 9th, and 10th, 2022. Andrea was our main point of contact at the hotel. From the first time we met, we felt her warmth and willing to help us and the wedding couple, in anyway she can. She arrived to the hotel early in the morning, was available during the day, and the evening, she even stayed the night and woke up early Sunday morning, around 6am, to facilitate the setup for the breakfast and the early wedding ceremony. She did not leave until everything was taken care of. Her banquet team was also very friendly during the reception, and the ceremony. They catered to the needs of the bride, groom, family, friends, and all the vendors. Everyone was respectful and friendly. Saturday evening, a few of the vendors did not get a chance to eat dinner, due to working hard for the event, and Andrea was nice enough to arrange some dinner for us, via the hotel restaurant. The food was amazing! We stayed the night and the hotel rooms were nice, clean, and luxurious for a Marriott property. The Atrium is a beautiful space for a wedding, or event, and we highly highly highly recommend Andrea, along with the entire sales and banquet team, for your next wedding or event. We also want to recognize the hard working folks behind the scenes, the servers, waiters, kitchen staff, front desk, valet, security, and housekeeping. Everything came together well.

Choosing the Westin as our reception venue was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. Anna and Sabrina were nothing short of incredible, professional, helpful and wonderful with communication. The ballroom was beautiful, spacious and perfect with a separate cocktail hour space. Quality of food was something else we were concerned about but I honestly don't think there was anywhere else that could have done a better job. The food was beyond our expectations and I have heard from SEVERAL people that it was by far the best food they've ever had at a wedding and they were very impressed. I could go on and on about the Westin, but overall, they helped make our day perfect and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

A women's wedding day is unquestionably one of the most important days of her life. The Westin Southfield staff made my wedding day vision everything I imagined it to be. My husband and I were married on August 11, 2018 and the reception was "GRAND" in every sense of the word! Thank you doesn't seem like enough, nevertheless we do want you to know that your kindness, attention to details and professionalism from the beginning to the end all added to the lovely memories of our special day and blessed us in ways that we will forever cherish. From the very beginning of the planning process your team didn't miss a beat. The collaboration with myself and my vendors was excellent. The responsiveness to my calls and emails was exceptional. Your suggestions added to the class and flare that made that met my personal expectations. The service was second to none, the meals and accommodations were phenomenal. Everything was awesome, fabulous, over the top! We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. And it wasn't until the following morning during checkout when in hindsight I was taken back with emotion as I thanked one of your staff. People who know me personally know how particular I can be, it's just part of my character, needless to say I/ we were thoroughly pleased and if we had it to do over again there is no doubt we would be there at the Westin Southfield.

My wife and I enjoyed everything about our wedding day. The whole staff was very friendly and treated us with so much respect. I cant emphasize how important customer service is on such an important day (and when you are spending a lot of money). The Westin was outstanding in this area. They fulfilled our every need and wish, even when it was outside of the package we selected. Additionally, because it is a Hotel as well, the abundance of resources made it easy for them to make things happen!

The whole hotel is beautiful, which made our pictures amazing! The food is great! Drinks were delicious! Parking is ample. Even the room at the end of the night was beyond comfortable (and included!).

I highly recommend this as a wedding venue.

Had an amazing experience at our wedding in May of 2018 held in the Atrium! Anna and all the staff went above and beyond to give us the perfect ceremony and reception. The staff was always in communication with you, always one step ahead, and beyond friendly, was really a pleasure working with them and made everything much less stressful! My guests are still talking about what a unique and amazing wedding it was!

We held our wedding at the Westin Southfield at the end of October and could not be happier with how everything turned out. We had our ceremony in the Atrium and our reception in the Algonquin ballroom. Anna and the entire Westin team were great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect. From start to finish they made the planning process easy and were very responsive to all the questions we had along the way. They did a great job managing the room block even as I changed my mind several times on room requests! The day of our wedding went better than we could have ever imagined. The Atrium was a beautiful spot for the ceremony and we couldn't have asked for a better reception. The ballroom was beautiful and the layout was perfect. We've received numerous comments from friends and family raving about the entire evening and how good the food was. People have told us it was the best wedding they've ever been to and the Westin staff's execution on everything was a large reason for that. Service was top notch and the entire team was friendly, engaging, and attentive. Bringing the entire wedding party appetizers and drinks as we took photos was just one of many examples of how the staff went above and beyond. Everyone one loved the appetizers and entrees, and even noticed how well they were able to accommodate special meal requests. The entire day was seamless and we even managed to stay on a fairly tight schedule. The Westin has a very talented and professional team dedicated to superior customer service. We could tell everything possible was being done to make our day perfect and for that we are truly thankful! I would not hesitate to recommend the Westin Southfield for your wedding or event as everything exceeded our expectations.

They answered any questions we had very quickly and were always there to help! Anna and the team made our wedding planning effortless. They anticipated our needs before we could even ask! Great service, delicious food, strong drinks, amazing atmosphere! Our wedding was perfect and we'll cherish those memories forever!

We had our reception here and it was amazing! It looked beautiful, felt amazing, and the staff were top notch. All my guests were in shock on how beautiful everything was. We had an evening reception and the moon light and stars definitely set the mood as well. The staff made sure that everything was to how you would want your event to be. They arrange pre-event meetings and respond to e-mails faster than I expected. From the time I booked this venue to the event, there was a switch of coordinators, but because of how organized everything was, I didn't feel the need to worry. Anna and Kelly were literally amazing! I recommend this place for anyone that would want a pretty stress free event. I hired a day-of coordinator, and quite frankly, I probably didn't need her if I did my ceremony on site as well.

I cannot say enough good things about the wedding experience that my husband and I had at the Westin. The coordinators worked hard to ensure that the each detail went exactly as we wanted and answered questions very timely. We have received many comments about how delicious the food was, and how great the waiters were.

My husband and I got married at the Westin in the garden atrium and it was amazing! The venue is absolutely beautiful! The food was amazing and the staff was excellent! We could not have asked for a more perfect night and we highly recommend the Westin for any wedding or event!

We had our ceremony and reception in the garden atrium and it was truly amazing! We wanted a venue that was unique - not your typical ballroom. The atrium far exceeded what we were looking for. It’s like having an outdoor wedding with air conditioning and a roof! Anna, Kelly, and the entire Westin staff were so easy to work with, and were attentive to our every need. They quickly answered emails and provided all answers to any questions we had. The whole planning process was seamless and made easy. We had guests coming up to us all night complimenting the venue and how “awesome” it was. They also couldn’t stop raving about the food. I heard from many people that it was the best wedding food they have ever had and they wished they could have doggy bags (we had plated chicken marsala & filet). It was so nice to sit back, relax and enjoy my wedding since everything was taken care of for me so perfectly and on schedule. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding experience!

Amazing venue and amazing service!

We had both our ceremony and reception in the atrium and everything came together beautifully. We could not have asked for better service. The Westin Southfield staff were fantastic. Michelle Ray was the best! She always responded to my emails promptly and was so helpful and accommodating. Tracy was amazing the day of, as well.

The food was delicious! Everyone raved about it. The hotel rooms were comfy and welcoming.

If you are looking for a venue that will make you feel special and bring your dream wedding to life, the Westin Southfield is the place! You will not regret it.

Our wedding at the Westin Southfield was truly remarkable, and we could not have been happier with the venue and staff. My wife had found a picture of the venue online while we were hunting around to set a date for the big day. She LOVED the picture of the indoor atrium and immediately sent it to me. At the time, the thought of having our wedding in such a beautiful space seemed far-fetched and a dream, but after our initial inquiry, we connected with Michelle Ray who helped secure a date for our big day. We couldn’t believe it! We were ecstatic and the hardest thing was trying to keep our location a secret from our friends and family so they’d be blown away as well when they saw it.

All along the way, Michelle Ray and the staff at the Westin were communicative and proactive in coordinating every detail for our wedding. Coming from an events/hospitality background myself, I know how hectic and busy things can get on the other side, and as a guest, it is always easy to feel like just another customer. However, this is NOT the feeling we got from working with the Westin. We felt that they went above and beyond to help use give us *piece of mind* (something you can NOT put a price tag on.). On the day of, our guests raved about the food (both during the cocktail hour and also the main dinner) and the ambience of the hotel.

Everyone had a great time and our bridal party encountered no issues with preparation, finding rooms, or anything else that may typically go awry. If anything, people were shocked at how calm and collected we all were. One of the main reasons for this was the thoroughness and preparation of the Westin staff; they did the hard work behind the scenes and allowed us to focus on enjoying the moment. We also REALLY appreciated that they looked after us in the form of setting aside hors d'oeuvres, making sure our glasse

My wedding and reception were held at the Westin Southfield. The ceremony took place in the Windover ballroom and the reception in the Charlevoix ballroom. I worked with Michelle Ray who was very accommodating, responsive and flexible, especially given that we planned our wedding in 3 months! Due to the short time frame, I met with Michelle once and we were able to choose the menu and linens in one meeting. She was accommodating to the DJ and photographer for touring the space and providing tables/chairs for the DJ. Everyone we worked with was very accommodating and helpful. On the day of the wedding, I was able to check into our complimentary suite early to use for prep. The banquet staff was great, the food was great and the drinks were made well. I couldn't have chosen a better staff to take care of us on our special day! We even spent our honeymoon at a Westin hotel.

I cannot say enough about the Westin team and what they did for our wedding day! On the biggest day of your life you plan and coordinate to have everything how you always imagined. The Westin went above and beyond any expectation my husband and I ever had. My highlights and reasons why everyone should use them are:

1. Incredible staff - they took the time to get to know my husband and I and how we imagined our wedding day. We met with the entire team the week before and reviewed everything in detail. The attention and care we received made us feel like family. Absolutely love them! Ask for Michelle Ray.

2. Perfect Venue - we chose the Atrium and the rustic, outdoor feel was exactly what we were looking for. They helped put together the reception of our dreams. It's gorgeous to see the trees lit up at night, having the running waterfalls in the background, and the dance floor as the central focal point. It's a huge space for a great party.

3. Service - at our wedding we felt like celebrities. Our glasses were never empty! Chef came out during dinner to check in on our meals. The head of security checked in throughout the night to see how things were going. I'm telling you - that's service!!

4. The Hotel - I mean, seriously! I had a huge suite to have all the ladies get ready in. My hair and make-up team were onsite during the morning. We loved the Westin Spa products and the beds are so comfortable. We had almost half of our wedding stay the weekend.

5. You won't regret your decision. There are so many important things to account for and decide on regarding your wedding day and happily ever after. You already made the biggest decision of your life in saying "Yes" - let this one be easy. Choose the Westin and you can have the time of your life relaxing and knowing you are truly taken care of.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was amazing.

The garden atrium is a very unique venue; our guests were amazed that a place resembling the Mediterranean existed in Southfield, MI. It is filled with lush foliage, a waterfall, a pond and a window wall that allows the sun to fill the room without becoming too bright. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect! Meghan McPhail, Michelle Desalvo and Michelle Ray were the sweetest and made us feel 100% confident that everything would be carried out flawlessly! They responded to every email promptly and professionally. Chef Alan was also amazing! The food was delicious, most of our guests raved that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. Our gluten free and vegetarian/vegan guests were accommodated with delicious meals. We had 4 hors d’oeuvres to be served during cocktail hour and we were disappointed that we would miss out on them since we would be taking photos. But Michelle and Michelle went out of their way to coordinate with the Chef to make sure we had a full tray of hors d’ oeuvres for us and our entire bridal party on the limo, so we were able to enjoy on our ride to the park for photos (at no extra charge)! The banquet staff treated us like we were celebrities! They made sure the entire evening that we were content and were there to get us anything we needed. We got the bridal suite hotel room for free. It was so nice to have the room to get ready in and to be able to stay in a luxurious room after the long day and they gave us a later check-out time the next day so we could relax. They even had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in the room. I HIGHLY recommend this venue, we got so many compliments from our guests telling us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. It’s such a unique place, not your average, cookie-cutter type wedding hall. It’s not the cheapest venue, however, most of our friends and family thought we spent much more than we actually did.

I had my ceremony and reception at the Westin Southfield in the garden Atrium. I can honestly say I was in love with the location as soon as I saw it. The atrium is beautiful and well kept, and the closest thing to an outdoor wedding you can get. The atrium has a wow factor that the guests never expected, as they walked in the were floored by the beauty of the greenery and the huge wall of windows that let in tons of natural light. In addition to the beauty of the location itself the staff was unbelievable! from the beginning the wedding coordinators Meghan Mcphail, Michelle Ray, and Michelle Desalvo were amazing. The took me through every step and made me feel comfortable. The took seriously every request I made and followed through. we had several meetings before the big day where I met the chef, banquet captains, and wait staff where we discussed all my concerns. They were all so sweet and helpful. The day of he wedding they set up everything perfectly, and it looked beautiful. Everything went perfectly! The food was delicious, and our guests who were kosher and gluten free were accommodated with wonderful meals. I later got thank you emails from them about the great food. The sweet table was also fantastic, filled with wonderful treats that everyone loved. Because of all the staffs hard work I felt relaxed and able to enjoy my wedding. The only regret iI have was NOT using the Westin's AV team for the lighting and projector display. I used another company and was disappointed with their unprofessionalism, I should have spent a little extra and saved myself the stress and had the Westin take care of it. The service and venue were beyond my expectations. From the detail of the pre-planning meeting and flexibility of anything we wanted to have done during our event the Weston personal made it happen. I told my wife that it was like they were reading my mind, when i was thinking i needed something our host had it for me waiting. I could enjoy the wedding and not worrie about anything else. Great party Weston.

My wedding was on 9/16/2011 at the Westin Southfield (both the ceremony and reception were in the Garden Atrium). When I saw pictures of the garden atrium online, I knew this was the venue I had to have. Actually, I had really wanted my wedding in Hawaii but this was definitely the best alternative in Michigan! Lots of parking (parking garage attached to the hotel) and right off of the highway, so it was easy to get there from DTW or any other city (we came from Ann Arbor).

Venue (this is a separate fee ~$4000 but worth it because it is so beautiful and I held both my ceremony and reception in this space): The atrium is spectacular with all the greenery and water! It is the atrium of the town center office building right off of Northwestern Highway & I-696 (perfect for out of towners - but traffic can get a bit sticky around there) but still connected to the Westin Hotel. The set up is a little strange with the dance floor disconnected from where the guest tables were set up (i'm used to the tables surrounding the dance floor like in ballrooms), but you can easily take the stairs (or ramp) down to the dance floor from the guest tables. It was beautiful with all these little nooks along the path throughout the greenery. It has tall high ceilings (so, hanging anything from the ceiling is practically impossible) but a balcony that overlooks the entire atrium, which gives a beautiful view of the entire atrium. The restrooms are on the 2nd floor so you can take the stairs or elevator up.

Ceremony (all included in per person package price): Our ceremony went flawlessly in the atrium. The Westin coordinator (Tracey) worked with myself, my day-of coordinator and my vendors to set up and execute my ceremony. Vendors were given 3 hours prior to the start of the ceremony to set up: this included ceremony decorations (including flowers/arch), chairs, DJ/sound and lighting. Ceremony chairs were cushiony chairs (on seat and back) with square backs that were set up with chair covers & sash (provided through Westin at no extra charge - different colors available to coordinate with your event color theme) - same chairs used for reception. Sound can be a little tricky in the atrium because the ceilings are so high...it tends to echo. So, I would recommend having your sound people (DJ, ceremony sound) visit the atrium beforehand or have an extra long sound test beforehand. The Westin does provide sound through an outside company but we did not utilize their services. Their audiovisual team did assist with our slideshow (provided us with screen $75 and technical help with our own projector) on the day of and worked with our sound people (and tried to accommodate when our vendors for sound were not supporting us or accommodating us).

Cocktail Hour (all included in per person package price): Our cocktail hour was held in the charlevoix ballroom, a special request from myself (no extra charge). They typically have the cocktail hour where the elevators are (the "foyer" of the atrium) but I did not want guests being able to see the Westin staff turn the atrium over from the ceremony to the reception. Our cocktail hour had high and low tables scattered throughout the ballroom (the Westin provided linens and votive candles for these tables) with one open bar. 3 butler passed hors d'oeuvres (orginally, the package I signed for had only 2 hors d'oeuvres, but the Westin generously gave us a 3rd one free of charge!). My husband and I didn't get a chance to have the hors d'oeuvres due to our busyness but we really enjoyed the tasting we had months beforehand. Our reception set up went way past 1 hour due to our DJ/lighting people and the Westin kept the cocktail hour going, no questions asked or extra charge.

Reception (all included in per person package price): Reception set up went flawlessly as well. I had 16 tables & 1 sweetheart table - I gave them a detailed picture of how I wanted all the tables and each place setting set up, which they followed exactly. They worked with our cake vendor to set up the cake & cake table (rolling so we could roll it out on to the dance floor after our big entrance), gave us extra tables & linens for our photobooth table & DJ & guestbook/escort candles & for a game we were going to play during our reception. The food prep was all behind the scenes and could not be heard or seen from the guest tables and came out quickly. Food was still warm when received, and when my husband and I left our table to greet guests after only having a bite to eat, the staff brought us new plates when we returned so we could eat warm food! Even when we were unable to finish our food due to the busyness of the reception, they sent up 2 plated meals to our room so we could enjoy our meal after the reception as well! We had a lot of problems with our vendor that provided dj/photobooth/lighting, and the Westin went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us accommodate for their shortcomings and inadequacies. Their servers were incredibly respectful and kind to us as well - always greeting us and congratulating us and always working to accommodate us and our guests. They cut and served our cake (included in our package) how we wanted it - we wanted it cut and on display on a table as we had an additional dessert of ice cream/toppings alongside it (they do serve cake to each guest but we preferred it this way). Each person received their own bowl of ice cream and toppings were set on the table (nuts, fudge, whipped cream, sprinkles, caramel, strawberry sauce) - this was in place of the dessert miniatures that were included in our package (again, replaced at no charge).

Food/Catering (all included in per person package price): We had a traditional salad with 2 types of dressings (decided upon at the tasting) to start with. Then everyone was served champagne for our toasts and then dinner was served. We had 3 different entrees (including an additional vegetarian entree). Each was pre-selected by myself at the tasting - included a meat/fish, starch and veggies. We had grilled filet mignon with cabernet demi sauce (prepared med well - although guests stated that it was a little tough b/c it was well done), baked chicken breast with marsala wine sauce and filet of salmon with champagne sauce (we were given different sauces to taste with each entree to figure out which paired the best). Our vegetarian option was vegetarian butternut squash ravioli with sauteed spinach and mushrooms, kids meals were chicken fingers with mac and cheese and our vendors received a cheeseburger meal (although, we had leftover meals from guests that didn't stay for the reception so we gave those meals to our vendors as well). Guests were then served coffee and iced tea if desired. The food was decent - we kind of expected a little better for the Westin but it was definitely fine for our wedding. The only thing I would've done differently would've maybe had the steak cooked medium instead of medium well.

Bar (all included in per person package price): We had an open bar (included in the per person package price) with the "hosted familiar brands" (you can upgrade for a fee but we just chose to stick with what was included): jim bean, johnnie walker, smirnoff, bacardi superior, merlot, white zinfandel, chardonnay....etc. you get the gist. We chose the impoted and domestic bears and they had a variety of soft drinks, bottled water and perrier. The bar was open pretty much all night - the cocktail hour (even the extended time due to my other vendors who were taking forever to set up for the reception), and entire reception. The reception was scheduled to be done at 1am but my friends like to drink and party so we didn't end up leaving the atrium until about 1:45am and the bar accommodated us for that as well. I am pretty sure we dried out the bar!

Rentals (all included in per person package price): square backed cushioned chairs with chair covers (ivory or white) with your choice color chair sash (i had gold silky material), tables, table linens (white or ivory), votive candles & mirrors for centerpieces (we didn't use these), silverware, dinnerware, napkins, frames & table numbers (we didn't use these), toasting champagne glasses, risers (we didn't use these either), champagne pipe & drape behind our sweetheart table to cover the little cafe/store (it actually looked really nice), all extra tables & linens (cake table, dj, etc.), candles lit up on the rocks throughout the atrium and surrounding the dance floor),

Audiovisual (we paid $75 for their screen for our slideshow): They were great - they helped us set up our own projector that we brought and hooked up the sound for us. They helped us as well when our DJ was not able to produce sound or were having difficulties.

Planning/Coordinator (all included in per person package price): Tracey was sooooooooo wonderful! I could not have asked for anyone better and I am soooo sooooooo grateful to her for all of her work and kindness and patience! When I first signed with the Westin, I was working with another woman who I was not quite fond of. Not very personable, kind of rude, wouldn't really respond to any of my emails, and kept going on vacation or medical leave. A few weeks before my wedding, that woman was no longer working with the Westin and I began working with Tracey. She is so accommodating and gave us quite a few deals (guestrooms, appetizers, etc.). She also helped to coordinate with outside vendors coming in to set up or provide services and I felt better knowing that she knew exactly how the day was going to go and who was involved. A few days before the wedding, my husband and I met with every single Westin manager that would be involved with our wedding - every from the Hotel manager to the housekeeping manager along with the chef, the banquet captain, etc. It was a little intimidating to have everyone there waiting for us but they were so kind and respectful and genuinely wanted us to have the best and most flawless wedding. It was so relieving to have everyone in one room for a meeting so that everyone would be on the same page and know what to expect. I am so unbelievably happy with the Westin and Tracey! She responded to emails in a very timely manner and when she wasn't sure what I wanted, she would call and check in with me to make sure that we had what we were asking for, down to the last tiny details. She was willing to have multiple meetings with me leading up to the wedding, even if it was just to make me feel better. Her planning and support were priceless and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that anyone who has their wedding at the Westin ask to work with Tracey!

Guestrooms/Bridal Suite: Guestrooms were wonderful as was our bridal suite - jacuzzi tub with lots of room and king size bed. The heavenly bed is the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in and we received a newspaper the next morning (which we don't usually read but it's a nice plus!). They left us a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries as well in our bridal suite as well - our bridal suite, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne were included in our package for having our wedding at the Westin. We got a wonderful guestroom rate of $69 (due to my husband being in the military in addition to the discounted rate that wedding guests receive). If you have 40 rooms/nights booked, you do get a free room/night (although, we didn't have this many rooms booked) but they were more than willing to negotiate the rate for us. The Westin also gave us a few free rooms with our package (room for bride/bridesmaids, parents, etc. - I think we got about 6 nights/rooms free).

Cost: At the end of the day, our per person price was about $70 per person (including 22% tip and 6% sales tax) - this covered everything listed above (food, bar, rentals, etc.) except the rental fee for the atrium. It was definitely doable, although the rental fee for the atrium (~$4000) was a bit steep. We had our wedding on a friday so we got 10% off our entire bill (including the rental fee) and we were also given an extra hour of bar service. Taking into account the discount and extra hour of bar service (and bar service when our reception ran over), the extra hors d'oeuvre, the free rooms, etc., we definitely got our money's worth!

Overall: We LOVED working with the Westin and are SOOOO happy with having our wedding here! We absolutely loved it and could not have asked for better service or accommodations. Everyone is also so welcoming and kind and the hotel itself is very nice and on the higher end of hotels. The only thing we would change (if we could), would've been the layout of the atrium for the reception, the way the steak was cooked, and the price of the rental of the atrium! But, since we couldn't, we're very very happy with the Westin! Thank you so much, Tracey and everyone at the Westin!

Great team of people from housekeeping, catering, coordinating, management, valet, culinary and sales that helped make my wedding run smoothly. The space in the ballroom was perfect. While working with the sales and coordinating team, communication was great and always timely. I felt like they were very flexible and easy to work with especially when it required making special accommodations to fit my cultural needs. Great location, great staff. I would recommend the Westin of Southfield for any special event.

My husband and I had very specific vision for the food at our wedding, I cannot say enough good things about Chef Jared and his willingness and excitement to work with us. It was a dream! The staff was professional at every encounter we had with them. Not only did they make us feel like a king and queen, they made our parents and guests feel that way too. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Westin, and would HIGHLY recommend for everyone to have their wedding at the Westin! Wish we could do it all over again!

I loved my wedding venue- I worked directly with Anna. She made sure that everything I wanted was fulfilled. If anyone is considering using the Algonquin Ballroom there- DO IT! Just be mindful- the room is a little chilly (so make sure you have an open bar for your guests). Everyone raved about the decorations and food. Thank you Anna for all of your help! Thanks for dealing with all of our special requests.

The Atrium was an amazing venue for my daughters wedding. The guests loved the openness and the unique look to the venue. The coordinating staff did an excellent job in assisting us with preparations for the reception. The Westin was flexible in some changes we requested and the entire process was great. When I walked into the Atrium the day of the wedding I was amazed at how good it looked. The staff at the Westin were great and attentive to the guests. It was great having it at a hotel and not have to worry about your guests driving home. I rented a day suite and two attached rooms for the bridesmaids to stay the night before and get ready. My daughter (bride) loved this as she was able have a night with here close friends. The food was great and served promptly for the guest. The value of the Westin/Atrium was reasonable and didn't break the bank. Overall I would recommend this venue for a wedding and large event.

Beautiful venue, exceptional service, went out of their way to please and crew was great to work with, but overall pricey!
