I don’t even have words to describe how WONDERFUL Krystle and Maggie were at The Timberlodge! They made the booking process so smooth and are such genuine individuals! Matt and I absolutely fell in love with The Timberlodge as soon as we walked into the building! The venue is absolutely immaculate and so homey and intimate inside! We can’t wait till November 2024 to spend our special day at The Timberlodge! Thank you again, Maggie and Krystle!

When this venue was suggested to me to view and after seeing the photos I knew it was something to go see in person. Contacting this venue is simple and the reply back is quick. My fiancé and I booked a tour and the location was even more beautiful in person compared to the photos. Our tour was very informative and all our questions were answered before we left. After speaking with Krystle my fiancé and I knew that the timberlodge was the location we wanted out weeding. With being from out of state Krystle helped communicate via email to conduct the booking process so we could have our wedding at this location.

Absolutely enchanted by our wedding venue choice! From the moment we stepped in, it was clear we had found somewhere truly special. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless and that every guest felt welcomed and cared for. The ambience struck the perfect balance between elegance and warmth, making our special day feel both grand and intimate. We couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect setting to begin our journey together. Every bit of it was loved and appreciated, making our wedding unforgettable.

The Timberlodge was the perfect venue for our February 2024 wedding. Love that even in the winter months it allowed us the ability to have a beautiful separate area for our ceremony from our reception. Working with our coordinator Hannah was well worth the cost of taking on an event coordinator. She was wonderful. Always attentive and great to work with. She helped our visions come into reality and I was blown away how beautiful the venue was decorated on our wedding day

This venue was everything I wanted and more for my wedding day. From the tour to the booking and then to the wedding day, everything just felt seamless! Our coordinator, Hannah, made the planning process so easy and stress-free. Although they didn’t directly work with us for our wedding, Krystle, Maggie, and Michael were an absolute dream! Truly the best team of coordinators and people that we have ever met!! Aside from the absolutely gorgeous space at The Timberlodge, the food was absolutely perfect! Our guests said wonderful things about all the different food choices we had (and we ordered A LOT)!! The staff were super helpful, friendly, and extremely professional! Everyone’s needs were catered to and we couldn’t have asked for better people to spend the day with! The wedding day went off without any problems and that was all because of how organized Hannah and her team were! Even with all the craziness of the day going on with making sure we saw all of our guests and the timeline was followed, Hannah made sure we were taken care of from start to finish and it was the best day of our lives! It honestly feels like a dream and I wish I could do it over every single day because of how amazing it was. Highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to get married - you won’t regret it!!

My wife and I had the wedding of our dreams at The Timberlodge. From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was the one for us. The venue is absolutely beautiful both inside and out. It perfectly fit our vision for a winter wedding in Buffalo.

We could tell right away the staff was friendly, well-trained, and worked as a team. Other vendors that we hired gave glowing reviews of The Timberlodge and ensured us that they really have their stuff together in a way only an experienced, hard-working staff can provide.

We worked with Paige as our wedding coordinator and she was fantastic. She answered all of our questions promptly whenever they came up. She kept us on schedule with regards to planning activities, and she worked really well with us with coordinating activities on wedding day.

Truly cannot recommend this venue enough. Not only is it so beautiful but the staff is incredible, especially Tanya Sue!! From our initial meeting to prepping months before to the day of the ceremony, Tanya made sure that our wedding day was EXACTLY what we wanted it to be. The night went off without a hitch, like truly NOTHING went wrong and I attribute that to Tanya. The food was delicious, the staff was kind and accommodating, the ceremony space was beautiful, and I am just the happiest bride. The wedding of my dreams thanks to the Timberlodge!

We got married at the Timberlodge on 10/21/23. They completely exceeded my expectations and the venue was even more beautifully set up then I could have imagined the day of. The staff was amazing and so kind and very helpful with everything. Everything ran smoothly and even if there was a little hiccup it was taken care of right away. The food was great and so were the drinks. Paige our wedding coordinator there was everything we could have asked for and more. She was there whenever we needed her during the planning process and made everything as easy as possible for us. She answered all my questions and was the kindest person to work with. I would recommended her time and time again. Tanya our day of coordinator was awesome as well and made the day run smoothly. Overall I would give my Timberlodge experience 10 stars and I wish I could relive my wedding day over there again and again!

We can't say enough good things about our wedding at the Timberlodge! From the beginning with Krystal, to the planning with Michael it was just flawless. The staff that set up and took things down was top notch! We opted for the white glove package, and while it seemed like a lot to spend, totally worth it! They do EVERYTHING for you! It was just so stress free and and an absolutely beautiful day for us! 10000% recommend this venue!

We got married a little over a month ago at the Timberlodge. Everything ran very smoothly and to time throughout the day. We had a lot of decorations and things to put up prior to the wedding and they did it all as part of the White Glove package which was incredible and took a lot of stress from our day! We loved being able to use the golf carts to go take pictures on the boardwalk and all of the staff was very professional throughout the day. Hannah was great and went out of her way to help adjust one of our guests food selections for recent allergies and also made sure we were safe at the end of the night - scolding our shuttle driver we hired who was driving a little erratically which I appreciated immensely. It felt like she was present throughout the whole night and making sure that our vision was being carried out. We had a lot of people rave about the food and how good it was and just in general about the beauty of the venue. Thanks Hannah and the rest of the team!

Words cannot describe how magical our wedding was and how perfect the Timberlodge was for us! We opted for the white glove package and Hannah was our coordinator through the whole process. She helped me with any questions we had, cleared up anything I missed or misunderstood (all the way up to the time of our ceremony rehearsal about 2 weeks prior to the big day that I thought was almost 4 hours after our scheduled time 😅) she was so accommodating, super laid back and so professional. It really felt like I had known her already! The venue itself, GORGEOUS! Food, AMAZING! Wish I had more food but it’s hard for a bride!! Bar, INCREDIBLE so quick and friendly. Everybody LOVED the pretzel bar as our late night snack! I felt like I didn’t need to do anything at all for our day, didn’t need to worry about any set up or talking with any vendors about business. It was all so easy, and again just so perfect!! And the bridal suite- ADORABLE and so nice to have to get ready in!!

10/10 would recommend Arrowhead for your wedding, specifically the Timberlodge. Hannah was AMAZING through every step and all my crazy questions. My husband and I live out of state, grew up in Buffalo but moved for his job, and wanted to get married back home. The staff at Timberlodge and Hannah made this whole process super seamless for us. We did our own centerpieces and signs and their option to drop our non perishables off at the rehearsal was a huge stress relief. Not only storing them, but they also set it all up for you too! I walked in the morning for hair and makeup, in their beautiful bridal suite, and didn’t have to worry about one thing! Which is how it should be.
Now the ceremony. Options were great for where we wanted to get married with a backup plan for rain. We chose the willow tree and I’m in love with how our pictures turned out. Hannah and her team made sure everyone was where they needed to be and not one issue was had. After the ceremony we were allowed to go out on their boardwalk for intimate pictures which are by far my favorites.
The reception. We opted for 2 bars and did specialty drinks. The bartenders were amazing and our drinks were delicious. The food? AMAZING. And I’m not being biased because it was my day. I’m 10000% serious. We had all of our guest say usually wedding food isn’t that great or things are dry/lack flavor, but the food at Timberlodge was so good. Almost everyone went back for seconds. I’m still dreaming of those garlic mashed potatoes.
Now remember I said the team set up our centerpieces and signs? Well they take them all down and pack them up for you to make sure you have everything you came with and you also don’t have to lift a finger.
The Timberlodge was a dream. The team, especially Hannah, was amazing. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change one thing.

Krystle and the staff at the Timberlodge offered my fiancée and me a friendly and warm welcome to the venue on a bone-chilling March day in Buffalo. The ability to meander freely under the timber-frame ceilings after a guided tour allowed us to fully appreciate the beautiful architectural craftsmanship. My fiancée and I are satisfied with our decision to host our friends and family here.

Our entire experience from the initial meeting to the wedding day itself, was hands down the best experience we could have ever asked for. Hannah was our wedding coordinator and we could not have had the wedding we had without her. She made every aspect of planning our wedding so much easier. She was very professional and fun throughout the entire process and was extremely responsive to the MANY questions I had! The flexibility in some last minute changes and allowing us more time than was allotted for planning meetings made us feel unrushed, supported and much less stressed. The entire team that helped set up my decor did an outstanding job! They really listened to me and everything was done perfectly! Our guests also raved about the staff at the Timberlodge. Everyone was excellent from the bar tenders to the servers. If you're even considering the Timberlodge as a wedding venue, my recommendation is, definitely do it!! You will NOT regret it!

My husband and I just had our wedding at the Timberlodge this past weekend. It was truly the best night of our lives. The wedding team there is spectacular and everything ran so smoothly I had absolutely no worries on my mind! Highly recommend!

We had our wedding here July 2023 and I can not say enough positive things about this venue and the team. Everyone says planning your wedding is one of the most stressful times and that could not be further from our experience at the Timberlodge. Our wedding coordinator Hannah went above and beyond in every aspect, from the ceremony to the menu and everything in between she made everything run flawlessly. We booked The White Glove Package which took away so much of our stress during the planning process. We had constant communication with Hannah who always answered our endless questions quickly and effectively. Our actual wedding day went so perfectly, and I know for a fact that was due to Hannah and the Timberlodge staff running everything behind the scenes. It rained for a majority of our wedding day and the staff made sure we still had a beautiful location for our ceremony that was protected from the rain. We received so many compliments during and after the wedding about everything (ESPECIALLY for that lobster Mac and cheese)! Thank you to Hannah and the entire Timberlodge day for making our wedding day truly memorable!

From the very start of the booking process with Krystal to our spectacular wedding planner Hannah, our expectations were exceeded! The venue and staff made our experience smooth and flawless. Our day was perfect and we would recommend this venue and staff to anyone! Hannah made the planning process easy and took away so much stress from the day ! We can’t thank everyone enough !

Where to even start?! The Timberlodge was the perfect venue for my husband and me for our wedding day. It was the best mix of everything, which was great and needed because we had a crazy July Buffalo weather day. It was a beautiful space inside which was needed for the rainstorm, but after that passed, our guests were still able to enjoy the outdoor space with yard games. The new back patio and dance floor was plenty of space for our 12 piece band and 200 guests to keep it packed all night long. There was space on the other patio for guests to be able to get away from the music to take a breather. The inside did not need much decor because it was beautiful enough on its own and just required some personal touches to make it feel like our own. I can't tell you how many compliments we received about our venue and our food and drinks. Everything was so tasty! The staff, especially Hannah our coordinator, were so easy to work with. They were very receptive to our ideas and made all of our wishes/visions come true and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of our wedding so we didn't have to worry about anything. My husband especially enjoyed being able to play a round of golf with his friends and family the day before our wedding. 10/10 would recommend and do it all over again the same exact way!

I knew I wanted to get married at the Timberlodge the second I saw it! This venue is an absolute dream and all of our guests were blown away! The Timberlodge has a great indoor and outdoor setup with plenty of options, so even if the weather is bad, you'll still have a beautiful wedding. The food was out of this world and people are still raving about it. The staff was so wonderful, especially Hannah, our wedding coordinator. Throughout the entire planning process, Hannah was there every step of the way. She quickly responded to every question/concern I had, and never left me feeling alone or worried. Unfortunately, I entrusted one of my friends with too many responsibilities and she completely dropped the ball on our wedding day. Hannah and the rest of the staff were left to pick up the pieces and believe me when I say, they went above and beyond. I don't know what I would have done without them!! I am so thankful to everyone and beyond happy that I decided to get married at the Timberlodge! If you decide to have your wedding here, you will not be disappointed.

We loved working with the Timberlodge and having our wedding at their venue! Pricing was reasonable compared to other venues. Our wedding planner, Jade, was so wonderful throughout the entire experience! She was so attentive and helpful with everything. We had a beautiful day filled with so much love!

Michael, Maggie and Crystal were all wonderful to work with! Michael was great and very helpful with our shower the day of! Great place to have a shower, the food was amazing and we got so many compliments from our guest!

We worked with Hannah to plan our wedding. She was so helpful and easy to work with and I feel like I made a good friend in the process. The room was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the decor was exactly what we envisioned. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Hannah and Michael made sure all of the details were set for the day of the wedding and we had so many comments about how perfect everything turned out. Absolutely perfect! Wedding planning can be stressful but with the help of Hannah it was a breeze. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Pay the extra fee for the planner - it's 100% with it. We loved everything about our special day at the Timberlodge and are now looking for another reason to have a party there.
