    We had a stellar experience with Peggy Kelly at Timeless Celebrations!!

    The venue my daughter chose required we have a wedding coordinator and Peggy Kelly from Timeless Celebrations was on their list of preferred vendors. I reached out to Peggy and she was responsive right away. She was warm and encouraging with lots of knowledge about florals, rentals, caterers and other vendors. I know I must have driven her crazy with my barrage of questions, but she was very patient and always had a way of making me feel I was in the best hands.

    Peggy made our timeline, created a layout for the dinner seating, offered insight for music and a photo shoot list, kept track of the vendors and made multiple suggestions to help me stay on task. Since I was on a strict budget she had lots of ideas to help stretch my resources and even provided some of her personal equipment to add an extra flare to the decor. This made the look so much more special!
    The day of the wedding Peggy and her team were amazing! They orchestrated everything so I wasn't running around, and could just relax and enjoy every moment of being the mother of the bride. We had some tricky family dynamics but they handled all the guests with professionalism and everything went so smoothly it felt effortless. Her entire team attended to every need we had and even a few I hadn't thought of. My daughter and I are thrilled with the service Peggy provided and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

    Peggy Kelley @ Timeless Celebrations is amazing!

    Peggy Kelley is a remarkable talent and a true class act! Our wedding took place in Pasadena earlier this summer, and we are still enchanted by how magical, lovely, and enjoyable it was. Peggy played a pivotal role in turning our dream wedding into a reality. Her responsiveness, expertise, and unwavering dedication allowed us to shape our vision and experience the perfect wedding.
    Despite the remote location of our wedding, Peggy proved to be dependable in coordinating with all our vendors and guiding us in the right direction, paying attention to even the smallest details! With her extensive network of industry professionals, she arranged for a top-notch florists, lighting, music, stationery, and all the meticulous elements that added the final touches to an outstanding celebration.

    Peggy and her crew at Timeless Celebration delivers Perfection

    I cannot say enough about Peggy and her team. Peggy managed all vendors and helped and guided us every step of the way. She is knowledgeable and knows everyone in the wedding business in Southern California. Peggy is very pleasant and fun to work with. She offered advice and alternative options and let us decide. Her advice was always spot on. She encouraged us to do the ceremony in the round and while skeptical at first, we took her advice and it was fantastic. Guests all commented how beautiful it was to be able to see the ceremony from all angles. Just an example to show Peggy and her crew knows her business.

    Outstanding Wedding Planner!

    My wife and I were throwing a small wedding and weren’t sure if we would need a wedding planner at first. When we decided to hire a day-of planner to handle the logistics of the wedding day, we found Peggy and her company Timeless Celebrations through our venue’s preferred vendors list. By the time we finished our wedding, we realized we could not have pulled off the evening without Peggy!

    Peggy is attentive and has a great eye for detail. Her experience in this industry means nothing is overlooked and there is no problem we asked her about she could not solve. Peggy kept us on track with knowing what kind of documents to create (DJ lists, wedding day timelines, etc) and helped us acquire all the contracts and insurance policies from our other vendors.

    Although Peggy was a day-of planner, she helped with so much ahead of time to make sure the wedding went smoothly. For example, when one of our vendors went radio silent on us (always a stressful situation) Peggy was able to connect with them and get them back in the loop.

    The day of the wedding, Peggy arrived early to greet vendors, show them the venue, and keep everyone on track. This allowed my wife and I to focus on getting ready, having our photos taken and enjoying our day. The day was fun and stress-free thanks to Peggy to run the show. She allowed us to be guests and participants at our wedding, rather than hosts who needed to see to every detail and put out any fires.

    Having our wedding taking care by Timeless Celebrations was a lifesaver!

    Hello all,

    I am so happy with the services Timeless Celebrations provided for our wedding, what a fantastic help it was !

    Our wedding planner, Peggy, helped us through all the steps of the organization, to keep track on the different providers, to set up and manage the Big Day, and to avoid us to be overwhelmed. I don’t know what we would have done without her and the team, but surely anything as perfect. Her support was just priceless, her positive energy and her caring presence through this process were incredible. And her professional knowledge on that type of event makes her a goldmine of ideas !

    What I loved the most about her help was that she was always advising us on the choices (caterer, cake, décor, flowers) but never took the decision for us, she really respects the concept to make the wedding be OUR wedding.

    The second thing I also loved is that our photographer unfortunately cancelled a couple weeks before the wedding, but despite the little budget we had, Peggy found incredibly quickly a replacement, and what we can now call “the perfect match” for us !

    And the most important is that on our wedding day, we did not have to worry about anything, just to be the bride and groom, and enjoy the beautiful celebration with our families and friends. She was here for taking care of everything.

    So, first, thank you so much Peggy and Timeless Celebrations for making our wedding such a beautiful time. And, second, I definitely recommend Timeless Celebrations for the organization of your events.

    Love, love, love!

    Peggy was an absolute dream to work with! My husband Jack and I were completely at ease with her and felt so comfortable working with her. Peggy is truly a master coordinator. She provided so much support, love, and special touches that made for a special celebration. Super communicative and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that our vision came true. We got so many compliments about how organized the event was and we didn't have any stress the day of related to coordination because we knew she had it handled. We feel very lucky to have had our intimate celebration coordinated by Peggy and would recommend her to anyone that is looking for beautifully executed events. Thanks Peggy!

    Peggy was prepared for everything we never even thought of for our wedding day. From helping us sign our marriage license to having a cake knife to putting candles and flowers in the bathrooms she had every detail covered. We got married in our backyard and I am pretty sure our home was cleaner when she left then when she got there, she even organized the refrigerator! By the end of the night we could go to bed knowing the entire place was clean and we didn't need to do a thing. The bartender she provided was great and kept the drinks following all night. Hire Timeless Celebrations so you can enjoy your event while Peggy takes care of all the details.

    Once the euphoria of getting engaged wore off, we both realized that we hate weddings. That’s why we decided to elope. Sort of. Why not have a great New Year’s Eve party, surprise everyone, and get married just before midnight? I work in the event industry, how hard could this be?

    My recommendation, seek professional help. Call Timeless Celebrations.

    After presenting our Wish List of the things we would like to include in our celebration, Peggy didn’t grab her purse, and bolt for the door, but instead she provided us with amazing list event professionals from her vast network of vendors.

    I have worked in some form of the event industry for over 30 years. I have worked with coordinators that can make things look pretty, but never set foot in the back of house, nor get involved with service. I have worked with celebrity caterers, who seldom give a thought to how service will affect the overall success of an event. Peggy Kelley, and her team at Timeless Celebrations are the complete package. No challenge was too big, nor any detail too small. We had an amazing event. It was all due to Peggy.

    Plus I think Rabbit Officiants will be trending in 2018.

    If you have NO idea what you are doing or where to start with planning your wedding, call Peggy Kelley at Timeless Celebrations! She is awesome and knows everything there is to know about wedding planning and execution. And if you DO know what you are doing and know exactly what, where, and how you want your wedding to be, then call Peggy Kelley at Timeless Celebrations! She is awesome and knows everything there is to know about wedding planning and execution. Peggy does as much or as little as you need her to do. We did a lot of the planning and legwork ourselves and Peggy was there through the preceding months to make sure we got everything done that needed to be done when it needed to be done. And on the Big day, she and her experienced staff knew what to do and how to do it to make sure that everything flowed smoothly for us, our guests, and the many vendors involved. I hadn't expected to need the lady-in-waiting that Peggy had recommended, but on the Big day I was VERY happy that I had taken Peggy's advice and had Anne there, devoted exclusively to me, making sure that I had any and everything that I needed to make my day perfect! It was a long day and a wonderful day, and Peggy was there the whole time, from set up to wrap up! Thank you Anne and Peggy!

    Best wedding planner ever! Planning a wedding from 3000 miles away seemed like a daunting task. I talked to all the big names in LA, but from the minute Peggy and I talked there was a connection. She got it and was on target the whole way. No detail was overlooked. Peggy went over and beyond what I expected.     Oh my goodness! We had a multi-event wedding day with about a million moving parts, and Peggy made it all happen like a boss!! She was cool, calm, and collected even when faced with challenges like "Peggy, we need a mime! And a marching band! And oh -- stilt walkers!!" Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be, and we absolutely couldn't have even begun to pull it off without Peggy. In fact, we had such a wonderful experience that we hired Peggy for my husband's big birthday a year later and again, she hit it out of the ballpark with a fantastic dance party for 100-plus guests!

    Peggy is simple the best! As a professional wedding photographer myself I have photographed over 40 wedding and have seen and worked with every kind of wedding planner from the good to the bad, and Peggy is the very best. She did for me what every bride wants on her wedding day, especially a control and detail freak like myself. She made me not think about one single detail all day. I knew Peggy was there to make everything perfect, and she did. I did not have to get asked any questions about where things should go and what should happen when. Peggy was in charge and I relaxed and enjoyed my wedding! And I loved it!

    I cannot express the above and beyond steps that Peggy takes to ensure your day is perfect. She brings her own kit of emergency thing like a mini dress steamer, safety pins, sprays of all kinds, boxes of this and that, that my not all be used, but having them there is half the battle for when those little emergencies arise... and they will.

    I will definitely work with Peggy for any and all future events I host, and think that you should to. Sometimes price may be a concern for some budgeting for their own wedding day. I get it. But there are two places that cannot be scrimped on...photography (I'm biased), and wedding planning with Peggy, so you can actually enjoy your day and not stress. Just call her already!

    As the mother of the bride, i have to say Peggy was invaluable. she made everything from planning to day of run smoothly and as planned. Her desire to provide the best experience is endearing and all I kept saying throughout the process was she has been worth every penny.

    I would use her again in a heartbeat.

    I like to say that online reviews generally fall into two categories: ramblings by either fanatics or the permanently disgruntled. While I wouldn’t consider this post as appropriate for either camp, I can say that Peggy is fantastic and that I highly recommend her!

    Peggy has coordinated three fundraising events for us in the past 15 months. While technically not weddings, each event was of the size and scope traditionally associated with weddings.

    When thinking about a wedding or large event, one starts by wondering, is this going to be great? Will it be fun, memorable, exciting? Will the food be good? Will people have a good time? Will it be beautiful?

    Anyone who has ever tried to plan something of this size and scale then begins to wonder, how much effort is this going to take? How annoying are all the details going to be? How many things will go wrong? Will it rain!?!?

    Peggy approaches each event with energy and confidence. She thinks about the whole event – budget, design, guests, the hosts, etc. She offers suggestions yet crafts something that feels unique and is somehow perfectly tailored to the host.

    Hiccups occur, especially on the day of the event, but Peggy never gets flustered and always has a fix that somehow ends up working out better than the original idea. She’s like a Swiss Army Knife, only for events! The end result is beautiful and comes with little-to-no stress (which makes everything seem more amazing.)

    As for the rain, she claims that it never rains on her parties, and I must say…in my experience, that has been the case!

    Peggy Kelly is AMAZING! We could not have been happier with everything she did to help us plan our perfect wedding. Without much of an idea of how to pull it off, we were delighted with how Peggy managed to guide and nudge us into making all the right decisions. Somehow she seemed to know exactly what we wanted before even we did. She really is great at what she does, and you can tell she truly loves her job.

    We really did have no idea what we were doing when we met Peggy, but she helped us pick almost every single one of our vendors. All of them lived up to her recommendation, and she definitely helped us negotiate great prices.

    Not only was Peggy efficient, insightful, tasteful, and charming she was patient and made our happiness her number one priority. We will always be thankful to her for everything she did to make our wedding perfect.

    Peggy and her team are AMAZING! My husband and I hired Timeless Celebrations in August for our November wedding. Yes! That's right, we had three months to plan a wedding. It was by far the best decision we made. Peggy made me feel calm, and relaxed during every step of the way. I am not sure how I would have handled the stress of planning such an event in very little time. After leaving a very frantic phone call on Peggy's voicemail she called me back promptly and with her soothing voice told me, "Lean in! I've got you." She stayed true to her word! Our first meeting was a free consultation. I explained our vision, and our budget and after getting to know us we began planning. Peggy is so sweet and kind but don't get it twisted, she can also crack the whip and get all the vendors working like a fine Swiss watch. On the day of the wedding Peggy made sure Kris and I had no worries. We had a evening ceremony and Andres did a fabulous job with decorating the venue with hanging candles. It was a timeless and romantic look. Joanna was my lady in waiting and she helped me with EVERYTHING. She made sure my make up was on point, sprayed my arm pits with antiperspirant when I was really needing it. She helped me bussle my dress and find the things I thought were lost. Peggy also helped me stretch each dollar. She didn't let anything go to waste. Whatever we used at the ceremony they hauled to the reception and she made use of everything there. There was some family drama that she took care of during the reception and we didn't find out about it until we got back from our honeymoon. My husband and I were truly blessed to have Peggy as our lead on our special day! I had complete faith and trust in her and she executed each part of the wedding flawlessly. One year after the wedding, Peggy and I still keep in touch. She was not just our wedding planner. She became our friend and we adore Peggy! Hire her you won't regret it! She is excellent and she honors your budget!

    I loved working with Peggy! She is a true professional! I can confidently say that is true for my wedding but also, I've seen a million other planners at all my friends wedding and I always find myself thinking " I wish they had hired Peggy". She will always go above and beyond for her clients. I felt like when I needed a new, fresh, not yet seen on Pinterest idea- she was there with one. And when I DID see something on Pinterest that I wanted to do, she had suggestions on how to make it my own. She was organized, thoughtful, detail oriented and incredibly hard working. She does it all with class and grace. When you hire a planner, you're welcoming them into your family and your big day and Peggy fit perfectly.

    Working with Peggy Kelley & Timeless Celebrations was a lifesaver for planning our wedding! Peggy has a wealth of experience and creative ideas that helped with every aspect of planning the perfect wedding, from photographers, DJs, live music, flowers, linen, to advice on timing, toasts, seating and set-up.     Dear Timeless Team,

    I write this small note to thank the Timeless Team for the brilliant work that you all did at my daughters Wedding on the 14th November.

    From my first meeting with your principle Peggy Kelly her quiet confidence and humour assured me that the whole wedding day was under control. Peggy worked with my daughter Nicola and her female entourage to calm their nerves, answer all their questions and established an empathy that they all commented on. Her knowledge of our Scottish/Mexican theme meant that Peggy knew the catering 'set up' required to ensure our guests comfort, speedy service and make them feel relaxed. The marriage service and reception all took place in our home and Peggy's advice on the how, where and when achieved a personalised service
    for all who were there.
