You are able to have a ceremony outside at the right times of year with the waterfall. There is a pavilion that the reception is held in. Andrea, Jim and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for our daughters wedding this past Sept.

Trophy Lake Golf and Casting is an absolutely perfect place to have a wedding. The landscape made our pictures just magical. Chef Jim made a wonderful meal that all of our guests love. Andrea eased any concerns and answered all of the questions I had. If you’re looking for an easy and beautiful venue, Trophy Lake is the place to be!

We held our wedding here in August 2015 and I can't say enough good things about Trophy Lake! We had a very large wedding (about 240 guests) but they were so flexible and accommodating. Our coordinators Michelle and Austin made us feel welcome and made sure everything was perfect the day of. The food was great, and even with our large group everything was warm and delicious. I truly appreciated how special they made us feel, as Chef Jim personally greeted us and attended to us at dinner. I also loved Trophy Lake because they are not out to nickel and dime you--they truly have your happiness in mind and go the extra mile to ensure it. They let us use the beautiful lights and other decor they had at no additional charge, unlike many other venues we looked it. Thanks Trophy Lake for making our wedding so beautiful and stress free :)

Cheryl, Chef Jim, Austin, and the rest of the team at Trophy Lake did an incredible job for our wedding! The food was fantastic, the venue was gorgeous, and Cheryl coordinated everything beautifully! We were so lucky to have this place and would recommend it to anyone!

Our wedding was the perfect wedding. A lot in part because of our stunning venue and the amazing staff who work there.
Without the help of their wedding coordinator, chef and all of the rest of the staff we could not have pulled off a wedding as perfect as ours.

Everyone always says there is always one hitch in each wedding. For us there was absolutely NONE! I will recommend Trophy lake to anyone for any type of large party and for the food! Chef Jim makes the most amazing food.

Cheryl the coordinator was constantly in contact with us leading up to the wedding and was there all day to help with everything.

I cannot say enough good things about Trophy Lake. Picking a venue was one of the most stressful things we did throughout the wedding planning process, but we have zero regrets about our choice.
For what we paid, and what we received, we don't believe there is a better value in the south puget sound area. The setting, was perfect, Mike and Cheryl were awesome to work with. This place doesn't nickle and dime you like a lot of other places. You have a flat fee for the food, flat fee for the venue. There was no hidden charges. Which was nice because we're not millionaires, and money was a factor in where we had our wedding & reception. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking to have a great ceremony at a reasonable price.
You have to use their catering, but other than that we brought in our own DJ, cake, officiant. We were allowed to decorate pretty much how we wanted.

Trophy Lake is an amazing venue. It's a beautiful location and you can get married right in front of a waterfall! Trista, the wedding coordinator at Trophy Lake is fantastic. She was helpful from the very beginning and I was never stressed or concerned about things getting done and falling into place. They day of the wedding was smooth and organized and the staff did an exceptional job! I highly recommend this venue! Also, the food is DELICIOUS!!!

This place was gorgeous! We had a little hiccup with communication between the wedding coordinators but they recovered nicely in time for the wedding. One thing I would suggest to brides is to establish expectations on email response times. 24-48 business hours is typically what I expect in my career, so it was startling to go a week without getting a response. Once the issue was addressed however, everything was fine! Stacy was our coordinator and she made so many great suggestions to help us use the space best and was so positive about all of our ideas!
The food was soooooo good! Sometimes, when you make large batches of food, the quality is lost, but Jim did a fabulous job of making everything taste and look so good! I am still getting comments from my guests about how great everything tasted!
It was so nice having their staff handle all of the table and chair layout/setup. All we had to do was bring the decorations we wanted and it made everything so much easier. I really appreciate how flexible they were on their times, as well. I know they can't always do it, but we were able to leave some things to pick up the next morning, which helped us a ton! We loved Trophy Lake and we would do it all over again without a single change if we could.
