We could not speak more highly of Valerie. Not only is she super talented but she is also professional and works quickly! Valerie brought me to happy tears when I saw how she captured our wedding. I am so happy we decided to have a videographer and worked with Valerie. We will always be able to look back on our wedding day and smile. Thank you again Valerie!!! -

We worked directly with Valerie Barnes of Valerie Barnes Film throughout our wedding planning process, and she was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Valerie spent time with us over the phone, answered our questions promptly (whether via phone or email), followed-up when needed, was always ahead of schedule, and most importantly, produced the most lovely wedding short-film we could ask for! We have since watched our film countless times and cry (tears of joy of course) almost each time. Our parents may even show the film to more people than we do! Valerie captured so many precious moments of our special day -- we cannot thank her enough. Before receiving our short film, we were given all of the film to review and it felt like we were reliving the entire day. Valerie then created the short-film with music selected or approved by us, and she was very accommodating with changes we had requested. We are extremely pleased with the end product and so happy we chose Valerie! -

Valerie was incredible to work with, from planning and understanding what we wanted, to filming, editing, and creating the perfect video! She sent her raw footage within days of the wedding and edited it down to the most beautiful short. She captured so much that you can't see from even the most beautiful photograph and made the process incredibly easy - I can't imagine our day without her! -

While initially we did not prioritize having a videographer for our wedding, after seeing Valerie's work, we changed our minds and are so thankful that we did.
We now have a wonderful memory of the best moments of the day, that unfortunately flies by.
She was accommodating, professional and has a wonderful eye in capturing the moments of the day.
We could not give her more praise and highly recommend using her services. -

She was professional, a great communicator, low maintenance, and an incredibly talented videographer/artist -- all important attributes when selecting a vendor for the big day. The day of our wedding, Valerie was awesome - she unobtrusively captured every special moment. Her work product was also impeccable. She delivered our uncut footage and a rough cut of the final product within six weeks of the wedding (this is impressive - talk to others - the biggest complaint about videographers is they don't deliver). Watching the edited video that Valerie produced, literally brought tears to my eyes. With no direction from myself or my husband on the focus of the footage, Valerie perfectly captured the beauty, emotion, love and pure joy of our wedding day - we did not ask to change a thing. Valerie also selected the soundtrack and it was truly the soundtrack that we imagined our wedding had, but could not put our fingers on ourselves. We highly recommend Valerie to those looking for a videographer AND for those who are unsure. If you have the budget to do it, this is your one chance to capture this day on film - go for it!
