  Amazing Experience

  After a bad experience with another bridal shop, Stephenie made it her mission to make sure I had a great one here! She was so excited for me and picked some dresses I wasn't so sure about until I finally put them on. I found my dress at Volle's and had an amazing experience!

  Exceptional service

  I went to Volle's for my Mother of the Groom dress. Kimberly was very helpful and pulled dresses for me that were to my taste and style. I found my dress and am extremely happy with my choice. Thanks, Kimberly!!

  Efficient, fun, knowledgeable, helpful, adorable!

  I decided to take a little venture to Lake Zurich this past Saturday, after viewing such lovely dresses online and hearing other incredible stories of brides who were jus enamored with this adorable bridal boutique. I live in the city, and while there are so many shops out there, I wanted to see what this was ALL about, and WOW, what an AMAZING experience I had. This was nothing like anywhere else I had been, from the service, the knowledge, all the way to that special feeling you get when you try on THE ONE, Volle's hands down blew everyone else out of the water. Susanne and Kristina were everything, I felt so lucky to be in such good hands. The fact that the owner was right there helping me with suggestions and giving advice made me feel so incredible comfortable, and I felt like they actually read and listened to exactly what I wanted. I am so excited for my wedding, even MORE than I ever was NOW that I found the EXACT dress I had envisioned in my mind. THANK YOU VOLLE'S, you ROCKED my world. My girlfriends and I couldn't have had a better time! I get to be that 1960s bride on my special day, and you made that happen! THANK YOU:)

  Great Wedding Dress Shopping Experience

  Had a great experience finding my wedding dress at Volle’s! I worked with Kimberly, and she was very attentive and patient and really listened to what I liked/didn’t like. Even when I was pretty sure I found my dress, she kept trying to beat it and kept bringing more dresses for me to try, which helped me realize that I had already found the dress! I didn’t even feel pressured to buy the dress that day and took a few days to think about it. Once I was ready, she even made it easy to place the order over the phone and confirm the details via email — and even when I kept calling back with more questions, she was so kind and willing to answer all my questions thoroughly.

  Amazing Experience!

  I had the BEST experience at Volle's! It was everything I imagined for a dress shopping experience and more. Susanne was able to help me find my dream wedding dress while staying within my budget, and didn't pressure me to try and go over. It didn't feel like she was there with an ulterior motive to "sell, sell, sell" it was apparent she knew what she was doing/what she was talking about and has a passion for helping brides find their dream dress. My group that I came with absolutely adored Susanne and the entire experience, and had wished we could stay longer just so I could try on more dresses. If I could give Volle's and their team a 100/5 stars I totally would, and would recommend any bride who's looking at dress shops to definitely check out Volle's!

  Mother of the groom, I worked with Kimberly from Volley’s.

  I am the mother of the groom and I had Kimberly help me. I wasn’t sure of what I wanted but with Kimberly’s knowledge and expertise I found the perfect gown , it is simple and elegant, exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Kimberly who was very pleasant to work with.

  Amazing from start to finish!

  I bought a Martiana Liana dress from Volle's back in September 2020. I would most definitely recommend Volle's for a dress shopping appointment and for alterations. This was the first and only dress shopping experience that I had. First of all, Volle's was very accommodating for allowing me to try on dresses downstairs in the mother of the bride area instead of upstairs, so my grandma didn't have to walk up and downstairs. My bridal consultant (whose name I cannot remember from two years ago) was very helpful in picking out my dress. They also helped me in purchasing the dress for a discount as they were having a Martina Liana trunk show that upcoming weekend. Due to not having my wedding until October 2022, they stored my dress for a year and a half until my wedding. For alternations, we worked with Teresa. She was so kind and personable in helping my dress fit like an absolute glove. During my last appointment, I couldn't help but dance around at how good my dress fit, that she turned the music up in the room! I had such a great experience with Volle's and highly recommend them.

  Amazing customer service

  I said YES to my dress at Volles!!! After trying two other bridal boutiques in area, I was starting to get frustrated that I wouldn’t find my perfect dress. I absolutely loved that Kimberly wanted to know how my fiancé proposed, what my ring looked like, who my guests were and details about our special day. She was such a great help and she was so sweet. She knew so much about wedding dresses and how to safely transport my dress to Sedona as well. I definitely recommend you try shopping for your wedding dress here and make sure you ask for Kimberly!

  I had heard great things about other people in the NW suburbs finding their dress at Volles and had to give it a shot. I worked with Samantha who was so responsive and knew what I wanted before I did! She pulled a dress for me and as soon as I put it on, I didn’t want to take it off! It was actually below my budget and I got a discount on my veil for buying them at the same day! They also team up with a tuxedo place across the parking lot and they have discounts too! 10/10 recommend! 💍 👰‍♀️
  
  Update: Wedding day finally arrived and my dress was PERFECT! I literally didn’t want to take it off! It fit perfectly and bustled easily!

Our consultant was Gianna, who was extremely attentive and understood my type-Aness 😊 I never once felt pushed into something I didn't want or liked, and she worked diligently to bring me different styles and types of dresses to help me find the perfect dress. I loved a dress's bottom, and she worked hard to show me the possibilities of what can be done with the top to make it fit my vision.   My sisters and now me!

  My 2 older sisters found their dresses at Volle's and when it was my turn to get a dress, I knew I wanted to go too. Volle's did not disappoint! Kristina pulled lots of dresses for me and helped guide me to my dress. The appointment was relaxed and fun.

  My experience with Volle's keeps getting better! I found the perfect dress with Gianna as my stylist- she was patient and picked out beautiful dresses to try on! And when my dress came in Irene helped me out and was fantastic- she was extremely informative and helpful with the next steps for alterations and was able to find and order the veil of my dreams to go perfectly with my dress! Would highly recommend them for their dress selection and AMAZING staff :)

  Amazing wedding store

  I was struggling to find a wedding dress. Volle’s was easy to make an appointment with and really listened to what I wanted. When it came time to make a finally decision, they were super flexible finding a time for my mom and sister to come back with me (and I work very odd hours). They personally care if you find a dress and are so great to work with! The store and dresses are also BEAUTIFUL!!!

  I'm picky and found the one here!

  I had a dress before and canceled it. I found this shop on a whim and they fit me in asap due to my date being so close. They worked with me to find a dress I love (which was a hard task since I'm so picky, but they did not give up until I was happy!)

  Found my perfect dress at Volle's

  I had a wonderful experience finding my perfect dress at Volle’s. I never felt pressured into a dress, and my stylist, Kristina was wonderful. Their selection was large and their dresses were well taken care of. Every dress she pulled for me after my consultation was gorgeous, but she helped me find the perfect one. I’m looking forward to the rest of my experience at Volle’s with alterations, bridesmaid dresses, tux rentals, etc. 5 Stars - would recommend to everyone!

  Great Experience!

  I had a wonderful experience choosing not only my wedding dress here, but my Mother of the Bride dress here as well! My daughter and I are getting married a few months apart, and Susanne was such a fantastic help and really listened to what I was looking for! I definitely recommend Volle's!

  Stephenie was amazing to work with! She really listened to what I wanted and didn’t want and brought me all kinds of gowns to try on. I had so much fun, wasn’t stressed, and found the most gorgeous dress!

  Over the Top

  Volle's went over the top to make me and my party happy. Not only was my dress perfect, I was able to do custom changes!! They also have bridesmaids and flowergirl dresses and even dresses for my mother and my future mother inlaw! They also have tux rentals for all the guys! Everything was so easy and not stressful

It is absolutely beautiful and I was very surprised with the style I landed on. I don't think I would have if it wasn't for Kristina's creative thinking. Thank you for helping me secure my perfect dress!
