The entire staff of the hotel was courteous, helpful, responsive, and professional. The ambiance and food were spectacular and all of my guests have not stopped talking about their wonderful experience at the hotel. I highly recommend booking an event and staying at this hotel.

We were very happy with the W hotel- Downtown as our wedding hotel. It was by far the best deal we were offered and the accommodations were great. (Plus the beds are super comfortable.)

We had a wonderful experience with the W Hotel Downtown! The service was amazing, the wedding brunch was exceptional and our guests were extremely happy!

We used the hotel for our out of town guests for our daughters wedding and also had an after party in their lounge. The booking process was easy and responsive and we got a great rate. Working with catering was more challenging and many details about what was included etc were unclear. We negotiated a lump sum price and then they wanted to charge a per person fee for snacks. We ended up having to go to upper management to settle it. In addition, the woman we were dealing with was treating us with condescension, which was so shocking. Lastly, the DJ didn't play the music we wanted or stay as long as we expected. In the end it all worked out, but unfortunately we had to go through some bumps to get there.
