  Tricia was great and helped our day run smoothly. She had great suggestions during the rehearsal and thought of things we hadn’t considered. She demonstrated flexibility and quick reactions the day of, when the weather turned and we needed to shift things around a bit. We felt more comfortable and at ease having Tricia around, as did our families. We would definitely recommend her to other couples.

  I am so thankful weddings realized was there to help on my big day ! I gave Tricia my vision and she went above and beyond to make sure my day was exactly what I wanted and she even did things i didn’t expect but love that she did! My wedding day went so smoothly I had no worries at all! I highly recommend having wedding realized with you on your big day

  We hired Tricia as a day of coordinator and it was money well spent! She made sure we stayed on schedule and was prepared for a multitude of situations. She also coordinated our rehearsal dinner walkthrough which was phenomenal! All around, our special day went off without a hitch because she was there to ensure that it would. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made when it came to wedding planning and we are so thankful that we did. - C&J

  Trisha was the day of coordinator for my sister-in-law's wedding. She was incredibly flexible and adaptable to the couples needs. She attended the rehearsal which was very helpful in making sure everyone knew what do to and where to be and that took a lot of pressure of off my sister. She took notice of all the little details that one just doesn't have the space for on their wedding day! Very kind and professional. Definitely worth the investment from my perspective. Thanks Trisha!

  Tricia was the MOST incredible wedding planner. My day was perfect, NOTHING went wrong! She contacted all my vendors before hand and coordinated with them, as well as keeping all the lines of communication open and the day of ran SO smoothly. She listened to my ideas, and made them come to life. It would not have been the perfect day it was without her, I am so thankful!!

  Trisha exceeded all of our expectations! She helped pull everything and everyone together. She was competent and professional. The wedding was absolutely beautiful and went without any glitches. It couldn't have been any better! We definitely recommend her for anyone who is planning a wedding.

  An amazing team with servant hearts!!
  Professional, yet flexible - nearly to a fault. Had wedding rehearsal dinner in our backyard and with rain threatening on and off all day; worked with us being willing to move to alternate location up until 20 minutes before the grill was turned on. WOW. And I didn't have the stress of preparation, set up and cooking; so I could enjoy my family and the additional family we were soon to become part of.
  They also went out of their way to help my out of town family with equipment for transporting babies to avoid flying without all that additional equipment. A class act couple indeed.

  Tricia and Chas were our "day of" planners and we could not be more thrilled with their services. They took us through our rehearsal flawlessly and gave us amazing tips for the day of our wedding that made us all look like rock stars. Tricia and Chas are so friendly and anticipated every single thing we needed on our wedding day. They kept us on our timeline without our feeling rushed, brought us ice water to keep us hydrated (it was 90F on our wedding day) and Chas even fanned me (the bride) between photos!
  
  We can't thank both of them enough for their kindness, expertise and fun personalities -- they are just a dream come true to work with! You will not find a better company to work with!

  Tricia is AMAZING. She coordinated our rehearsal and wedding. She handled our easily distracted wedding party great, made sure everyone was where the needed to be, and made sure everyone had what they needed. Less than an hour before the wedding started, I changed the times key events were suppose to occur.   Tricia and Weddings Realized were a godsend. My son's wedding was in Yakima. There were seven bridesmaids. The site was ridiculously beautiful, with swags of fabric, fresh flowers, buckets of peonies, a smores bar, acres of vineyards and gardens. All of this--plus aged grandparents, nervous moms, little flower girls, a huge photo booth, and giant tubs full of ice cold beer!
  
  Tricia managed to keep things flowing smoothly. The best word I can use to describe her is calm. Every wedding is fun, emotional and unforgettable...and has the unique surprises, good and bad, that make it memorable. What Tricia adds is firm, loving, gracious touch to make sure that the little problems and glitches stay small, can be laughed at, can turn into part of the flavor of the wedding.
  
  A good wedding planner is like a sail on a boat. Changes in wind, sudden worries, forgotten issues only move the beautiful ship forward. Tricia made the little adjustments for a smooth sailing wedding. She's able to do this because she's a sweetheart, but also efficient. I'd describe her personality like a plate of pink French cookies delivered by a Maserati. So much kindness, but she has a lot of power and wisdom when you need it.
  
  Thanks Tricia, I'll never forget how you blessed us on the biggest day our family has ever gathered for. I hope every bride and wedding has a support person as gracious and effective as you are.

  My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Tricia and her husband (our caterer) Chas for our wedding. What an amazing team!! We are so thankful for everything they did for us to make that day run smoothly! We would Have been lost without them and all of our guests and wedding said nothing but great things about them both. Chas made food that he wasn't even very familiar with and it was PERFECT!! We highly suggest using this team for your event. Thank you Weddings Realized!!

  We used Weddings Realized as a day of coordinator for our wedding, but they ended up being so much more. The people from Wedding Realized went above and beyond expectations. We felt like they were doing more than they should have been. We had quite a few vendors and they handled all of them. The venue was a little difficult to deal with and really unprofessional, but Wedding Realized dealt with them and handled those situations with grace and professionalism. They were our advisers, our directors, they took over steaming our dresses when they saw we were doing it, they did most of the set up and have such a stylish eye that we trusted their advise and set up ideas. They made our day so special!!!! They even served us our drinks and during our dinner continually checked on us. When the Maid of Honor got makeup on her dress - Weddings Realized was quick to respond and prepared - quickly handling the situation and blotting out the makeup. Every time there was any sort of possible mishap, somehow Weddings Realized anticipated, were prepared and handled those situations. Tricia and Chaz from Weddings Realized will make any special event better! We highly recommend hiring them if you would like a stress free, flawless event!

  Tricia was beyond my expectations as the Mother of the Bride. Frankly, at first, when my daughter told me she'd hired a wedding planner I thought, what for? Well, once we met and Tricia worked with Sara on the wedding day organization, I began to get a good idea how great it was going to be, especially for me:-) When the day came Tricia was amazing, positive, hardworking and on top of everything. I don't know what we would have done without her!   Trisha (Wedding Realized) was very professional, she kept everyone focued and informed of each event and time line. Trisha made sure each step of the wedding from start to finish was carried out calmly and professionally. It was a pleasure to work with someone to nice, respectful and in control of her emotions during tense situations which were minimal.   Trisha (Wedding Realized) was very professional, she kept everyone focued and informed of each event and time line. Trisha made sure each step of the wedding from start to finish was carried out calmly and professionally. It was a pleasure to work with someone to nice, respectful and in control of her emotions during tense situations which were minimal.   Tricia was an amazing help when it came to planning my wedding and being there on the wedding day to make sure everyone was in their correct spot. The whole wedding went smoothly thanks to help from Tricia and her assistant Michelle.
  
  I'd highly reccommend others considering getting married, if you need help with the big day, Tricia is the one to go to.

  Tricia worked with us for almost two entire years, though multiple changes in my military assignment and date changes. She was patient, supportive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She went well above and beyond helping us decide on a caterer. Then she jumped in to help when my photographer was almost not available on our final date (thank goodness it worked out with them, though!). Then she jumped in AGAIN when I needed a bartender at the last minute.
  
  During our rehearsal, Tricia briefed us and our bridal party not only on the timeline and that type of thing, but on staying hydrated, taking care of ourselves throughout the day so we didn't pass out, etc. I would like to say she was "large and in charge" haha, but she's so tiny! But she's still in charge!
  
  On the day of our wedding, she made my plate of food so I wouldn't mess up my dress!! Can you believe that? Talk about above and beyond! She was there with every little thing we needed, and even came to the rescue when one of our guests needed a safety pin for her dress.
  
  We cannot thank Tricia and Chas enough for their help on our special day.
