    Working with the team at The West Palm Beach Marriott was simply incredible. Starting with Rochelle Tingling, to Rachel Rooth, to Banquet Captain Megan (sorry not sure of last name). My wedding went so incredibly smoothly because of these three ladies and the rest of the team, I truly could not be more thankful.

    I work in the event industry at another hotel and know what goes on behind the scenes. It was very hard allowing these three to take control, but I knew I was in good hands the moment I stepped foot at the hotel in the sales phase.

    When I first spoke with Rochelle (Sales Manager), I made her fully aware of my vision of having my ceremony outside in the courtyard and hosting my wedding reception/dinner under their tent with an ice cream food truck having the availability to pull up outside the tent for my guests to enjoy. On the day of the wedding, I was in pure panic as the forecast was showing full thunderstorms in the area ending around the time of the ceremony. Rachel Rooth was so sure of giving me the wedding of my dreams, that she waited till the closest time possible before making the call, allowing my florist to set up my dream arch in the courtyard and giving me the wedding of my dreams. Thankfully the rain held out the rest of the night and it was truly a night to remember.

    Rachel Rooth was one of the most professional, understanding, patient and kindest people I have ever worked with and I am so thankful I had the opportunity to meet and work with her on the happiest day of my life. Everyone starting from "Snapchat" at the front desk (I cannot remember her name, starts with a D and her and my father were the absolute best of pals by the end of weekend), to our server at The Bistro to our bartender who took amazing care of my guests. Thank you thank you thank you to all of you! You helped give my husband and I the best weekend of our lives.

    Ida Kraner is THE BEST. She was the only Catering Executive to sit down with us and help us figure out what we wanted step by step and broke down a rough estimate of what we will be paying. We definitely will use the West Palm Beach Marriott for any future events or refer family and friends to them.

    We loved having our wedding at the WPB Marriott. The staff, the services, the food, everything was wonderful! Thank you Ida and Alice for everything that you did for us, we couldn't be happier!!! You went above and beyond to help us have the wedding of our dreams, and we did!!! Thank you so much :)

    I loved having my wedding at the Marriott! It was perfect, everything that I wanted it to be!! The food was excellent, they have a chef that rocks the palette, and a staff that has your interest at heart. Something that is extremely rare to find in South Florida.

    Kelly and Alyson are saints! Before signing the contract we worked with Kelly Epstein and she had us sold. And Alyson Blake, our event planner, was beyond amazing! Anything that we needed she made it happen! I couldnt imagine having gotten married anywhere else, they made everything so easy and stress free for us! Everyone should get married here!

    We had a wonderful experience with the Marriott West Palm Beach. They truly made us feel special and handled just about everything we could have ever imagined.

    Alyson was fabulous and took care of us. We found the pricing to be reasonable and the day of the wedding they took care of all of our needs. They were true professionals. Alyson greeted my new husband and I with a quick bite to eat after the ceremony while our guests enjoyed the cocktail hour.

    Every question we had, they found a way to provide an answer and help us find solutions. We were planning the wedding from out of state, and having Alyson there to help was just as good as me being there in person. They provided numerous vendors to help with other elements of the day and helped us overall with the day.

    The staff at the Marriott is wonderful and professional, Working with Ida Kraner has pretty much kept my nerves in tact. She responds promptly and makes this whole process feel so easy breezy with so many things to so still I know I will have jitters but we anticipate it to be easy going with the team at the Marriott

    We had our reception at the West Palm Beach Marriott. Our wedding/reception did turn out beautiful, but the process was not so great.

    The ballroom at the Marriott was beautiful and the food was amazing, but some things I would note from my experience were that:

    1. They do not go above and beyond that call of duty. Because you have to use their event coordinator, in my opinion, they did not do anything that was not absolutely necessary for their job description.
    2. There were many occassions when my e-mails would go unanswerd or would be late on time-sensitive questions.
    3. We had a room block and it was a complete disaster. Prior to the wedding guests were calling about how they couldn't book their room or the hotel was not giving them the group rate.
    4. The bar tender at our reception was incredibly rude! Several guest mentioned it and he was even rude to the bride and groom.
    5. We opted for a consuption bar with the agreement that after $2000 was spent the event coordinator would update the father on the cost periodically. This was not done throughout the entire night aa was discussed so the family didn't think there would be any problem. When we received the bill (for the bar, not including food) the next day it was almost 4 times the amount at which they wanted to begin giving updates!
    6. Also in regard to the consumption bar. The bar tender was making incredibly strong drinks. I think that is wrong because we were paying for the amount of alcohol used and he was making drinks with much more alcohol than a typical bar would use.

    It was hard for me to give them a poor review because at the end of the night the wedding and reception were more than I could have dreamed of, but at the endof the day I do was not happy with the service we received prior to the wedding and there has been a lot of stress post-wedding in dealing with them. We feel as if we were cheated mainly in terms of the consumption bar.
