Jen was great to work with. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. I am in the industry myself and she is one of best event planners I have worked with. The venue is stunning and the cost is very reasonable. What's nice is they show you pricing with service charge and tax included. They had amazing staff and service. I would recommend them for not just weddings, but for any type of banquet event.

Williams on the Lake was EXCEPTIONAL! From Aly, our wedding coordinator, to Mark and Dave, our Executive Chefs, to Jessica, who kept everyone adequately hydrated (😉), to the rest of the staff, all our needs exceeded expectations. We had a beautiful ceremony out on the courtyard followed by an extraordinary reception in Lakeside South. The food, service and décor were fantastic. We highly recommend Williams on the Lake! 100% recommend this family run business. Wonderful to work with! They were very flexible when we had to make changes during Covid-19. The staff was very kind and polite. The food was delicious! Our guests are still talking about that evening.

Everyone at Williams on the Lake worked hard to make our day amazing. The food and decor were wonderful, and there were generous pours at our open bar. My guests loved the outdoor space - and I did too. Aly and her team worked hard to ensure we could have a wedding as close to our original vision during covid as possible... they were able to accommodate us as our original date and number of guests changed. I felt very confidant and secure with my choice of Williams on the Lake; they were major reason why our big day was stress-free and fun. I would highly recommend them to anyone - especially anyone looking for the perfect indoor/outdoor space.

Andy and his team went above and beyond to make our day perfect. With Covid we weren’t sure if we can go through with our wedding this year. His team ensured our safety and made it perfect and intimate. I can never thank their team enough for being so catering to this unsure time. I would highly recommend this venue. A million times over!!!

Like a lot of COVID wedding couples, we had to postpone our big wedding celebration from April 2020 to April 2021 — and Williams on the Lake could not have been more helpful or supportive throughout the rescheduling process. Not only that, but the service they provided the day of for both our ceremony and reception was above and beyond. Aly (the owner and our wedding coordinator) was a rockstar at keeping everything moving smoothly behind the scenes throughout the day. I cannot even begin to tell you how many compliments we got on the food — especially the meat carving station. It was delicious. And the lakeside view (which was what sold us on the venue in the first place) and flowering landscape looks just stunning in our pictures and videos from the day. And the various servers and staff were so polite — I think every one of them I interacted with throughout the night extended their congratulations and well wishes and went out of their way to be helpful. Cannot recommend Williams on the Lake highly enough!

She knows how to coordinate the expected and the unexpected with such ease that any couple would be lucky to have her and Williams on the lake host their wedding.

From the moment I walked in the door, I absolutely fell in love with the venue. It was everything I was looking for with a beautiful deck, beautiful views and elegant interior.

Initially our coordinator was a little lax, not taking notes at our meetings and having a difficult time getting a hold of us. I plan events for work so I made sure to give her detailed notes and step by step instructions for every piece of my reception. The day before my wedding our coordinator got sick and was unable to coordinate my wedding. That's when Ally stepped up. Ally was an absolute godsend.

Ally literally made everything perfect down to how I wanted the napkins folded. She was so professional and her staff was incredible. We had several family members who were handicapped and dinner was buffet style. Ally and her staff made sure to help our handicapped relatives get their food and drinks.

Everyone raved (and are still raving) about the amazing food they had too. Saying it was delicious is an understatement!!! Everyone also loved that the staff walked around with appetizers during cocktail hour. Actually, the food was so good at Williams on the Lake that my husband and I made sure to have all of our photos done so we could enjoy cocktail hour, to visit with our guests but mainly for the amazing appetizers!!

My husband and I got married at Williams on the Lake in August and could not be happier with how everything turned out. We’ve received many compliments on the venue and food. When I started looking for a venue I was looking for somewhere that we could have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. The overall package from Williams on the Lake was the best of the venues I had gone to see and they had everything I was looking for. The outdoor deck was wonderful as guests could go in and out during cocktail hour and the reception. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Overall we are very satisfied and would highly recommend Williams on the Lake.

Aly and her team are AMAZING! They make dreams happen! They are very flexible and have tons of décor options to choose from, you can even give them your own stuff and they set up everything for you just the way you want it! Aly knows her stuff! She kept everything flowing smoothly the day of the rehearsal and the wedding. Let's talk about the property, IT IS BEAUTIFUL! My pictures are perfect because it's the perfect setting with the lake in the background. The food is EXCELLENT, I had people commenting on it all night. Everything was cooked perfectly with tons of flavor. I didn't talk to one person who wasn't satisfied with the night. I cannot say enough good things about how well they did with my wedding.

We had a small wedding reception at Williams On The Lake and were most pleased. The courtesy of all the people involved in the planning and the tastings and finally, the event itself were superb. Add in the delicious chicken and all the sides, and it was a great place for a great celebration. Our thanks to them!

Aly and the staff at Williams On The Lake made our dream wedding come true!! They did an incredible job each step of the way. The planning was made simple, and they answered questions promptly! My husband and I recently got married at Williams on the Lake and I'm so happy we decided to book our venue here! Our coordinator was Aly and she was wonderful. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner (typically within a few hours of sending an email) and explained everything thoroughly. From the time that we signed our contract to our wedding day, there were no hidden fees or service charges. She presented every detail up front prior to signing the contract., The service was superb! When I arrived at the venue, all of my decorations were already set up for the ceremony and reception and the staff cleaned and packed all of it up at the end of the night. The food was delicious and my guests could not stop with the compliments all night. The cost may be a little expensive, but it was worth every penny. You get exactly what you pay for and it is worth it. Based on my experience with Williams on the Lake, I would highly recommend this venue for any bride!

Williams on the Lake is such an amazing venue! I had my wedding there on October 14th and it was even better than I had hoped. The location is absolutely stunning, the weather was perfect and the trees were gorgeous! Rose did such an great job pulling my vision together, keeping my massive bridal party on task, and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was perfection, so many compliments from the guests (highly recommend the Cajun turkey breast). I definitely recommend Williams on the Lake if you're looking in the Medina area, it truly is a gem. Thank you so much for everything we had a great day.

I'm so glad we had our wedding at Williams on the Lake! The venue is so pretty- I loved being right on the water, and many of our guests took advantage of the patio throughout the night- perfect for a summer wedding! The food was excellent- we had steak and a baked potato bar, and not only did everyone think it was unique, but a lot of people said it was the best wedding food they've ever had! Aly was great to work with throughout the entire process- she answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly and made the planning process easy. She also stayed the entire reception to make sure everything ran smoothly. My husband and I could not have asked for a better reception!

We just has a tour of Williams on the Lake and my fiance and I were very impressed. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained as are the reception and wedding venues. Jen was very friendly and professional and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The prices are very responsible for what they offer.

My husband and I wanted to have an elegant yet cozy wedding and Williams on the Lake was perfect. We were in the East building which has an amazing patio with a moon gate framing the lake. Our wedding was in October so we had the beautiful fall colors surrounding us. The perfect romantic spot to say our vows to each other. However, that is the only the beginning of our outstanding experience with Williams on the Lake. Aly Williams was our coordinator. Throughout the entire process Aly was always available to answer questions and offer support. For our dinner, Phil and I chose the Grill Package. The freshly grilled steak and baked potato bar was delicious! Both the servers and the bartender were incredibly professional and very friendly. The in house baker created an amazing chocolate vanilla swirl cake with a incredible butter cream frosting which looked just like the picture I gave her. Our wedding day was perfect!! Thank you Williams on the Lake!!!

Highly recommend williams on the lake! They gave us an absolutely perfect wedding! It was so nice to have a coordinator (jen was awesome!) and was so nice that the venue provided pretty much everything we needed (cake, linens, center pieces, delicious food, Etc etc). We are extremely satisfied with our decision to get married at williams on the lake.

I just got married at Williams on the Lake in the Lakeside South room August 29, 2014. The space itself is stunning indoors and out. I personally worked with coordinators Jen and Rose and they were amazing! Rose was able to handle my rowdy wedding party at the rehearsal and Jen was there for me all along answering any questions I had and offering suggestions and ideas. Their help was greatly appreciated. The food was amazing and they sent us home with quite a bit, which isn't always the case. Everything went so smoothly and they were so attentive and helpful all throughout the whole process and especially the day of. It was also good that almost all my vendors had worked with Jen before, so their comfort level made me feel much more at ease. Even those who weren't familiar with the venue or coordinators were well taken care of, which helped everything move along smoothly. The price is a little high compared to other places, but with having our ceremony and reception there, it was definitely competitively priced. I highly recommend having a Friday or Sunday wedding, as the discount offered was awesome as well! Overall, the space is beautiful, the food was great, the staff was amazing, and I have no complaints whatsoever!

What a beautiful place. When I first looked at this venue, I knew it was the location for our wedding and reception. We worked with Aly and she was wonderful! Every request, question, concern was not a problem. Our cake was included and was breathtaking. They are hands down THE BEST!!
