Worsell Manor is within 1.5 hours driving distance to major mid-Atlantic cities. 

The barn at Worsell Manor sits next to a wooded glen and the Manor fountain garden. The authentic charm sets a fabulous mood for rustic barn weddings and receptions. Incredibly high ceilings offer exposed wooden beams perfect for your draperies, decor and lighting whims!  The separate catering and entertainment entrances in the  barn offers the logistics you want for caterers to work and for musicians to set their stage. 
Available to book for your wedding experience, Worsell Manor is appointed with a beautiful, expansive foyer leading to a brick floored sun porch with views of the gardens, vast farm fields and rustic barn. On either side the 1st floor you will find a reception living room, sitting and breakfast room, formal dining and bar room that leads to our fully modernized kitchen. All of the rooms have beautiful fireplaces. and high vertical windows; bringing a beautiful sense of light to the Manor interior. 

The L-shaped stairs lead to peaceful living experience on our second floor and third floors. The 4 bedrooms on the second floor have detailed colonial woodworking and comfortable sleeping and sitting areas with a modern bathroom. The upper floor has two bedrooms with original beams for a rustic country feel and a spacious well-designed bathroom.

My husband and I got married here last month. Scott is great to work with and very laid back. Scott allowed us to visit the venue several times prior to the wedding and provided ample access in order to decorate and get everything ready. The venue comes with tables and chairs for the reception and benches for ceremony seating. They set up the tables and chairs according to the seating plan you create with the caterer. The venue is absolutely beautiful. We choose this venue because the scenery is gorgeous and has several outdoor ceremony locations, but in the event of rain, we planned to move the ceremony into the smaller barn. Fortunately the weather was perfect and we were married outside, but this was one barn venue that if it rained, I didn't feel like I was compromising my ceremony space. Go visit, you will fall in love.

** Note** If you book here and need hotel space, get your wedding block early. We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Middletown. There are not many hotels in the area. By contacting the Hampton several months in advance, I was able to secure space nearby and got a lower rate for the rooms.
