Yamilette was amazing throughout the whole experience, especially since I was planning the engagement shoot from NY. From the time first messaged her all the way until I receive my photos, she was very responsive and very helpful. I was worried that the weather would effect our photo shoot, but she reassured me and gave me the indoor alternatives ( We ended up having perfect outdoor weather). My fiance and I are very awkward with having to take pictures normally and we are not really comfortable with PDAs, but Yamilette made the whole experience fun and comfortable. I almost died when I got the pictures, because they were breathtaking. They were better than what envisioned, and I was extremely happy with how she was able to capture the beautiful surroundings of Old San Juan (which was my #1 request) and the love & fun between my and my finance. -

Yamilette's work is the best in the business!! She has an incredible eye and really catches some of the most beautiful moments!! She was so gracious to meet with me twice before our wedding. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is also one of the sweetest human beings I have ever met. As a performer I am used to having my picture taken, but I wanted to make sure my husband would be comfortable. When we met with Yamilette, right away she made him feel at ease and relaxed, and he was able to have fun. Her work is amazing!!! Words cannot express enough how happy we are that we had Yamilette Arana to be our wedding photographer.Yamilette Arana's reply:

Yamilette is not just a photographer, she is an artist! Our wedding pictures surpassed my wildest expectations. She captured each special moment through her artist's lens and created a story....our love story. I am forever thankful for her creativity and cannot recommend her enough. She is amazing!!!

My husband and I were a little nervous planning a destination wedding, since you don't get to meet people in person right away. We interviewed several different photographers in the San Juan area and finally decided on Yamilette, as she was so responsive and professional. Also, her portfolio pictures were amazing. My husband and I were most concerned with finding the right person to help us tell the story of our wedding day. Yamilette spent the time over many emails and phone conference calls to get to know us and what would make us happiest in our wedding album. She also, met with us in person as soon as we arrived in Puerto Rico to go over everything one last time and make sure everything was perfect. The quality of the pictures she takes is truly breath taking. Everyone who has seen our pictures is impressed and comments about how wonderful they look. I cannot rave enough about what a good job Yamilette did, or thank her enough. My husband and I absolutely loved Yamilette and the job that she did, she is a true artist. Instead of wedding pictures, we got an amazing story book of the happiest day of our lives. Thank you so much Yamilette! -

Hands down, best photographer ever!!! Yamilette captured our wedding exactly as we wanted. She included everything we discussed in our initial meeting while adding her own artistic flair that honored the integrity of our vision. She was extremely professional which was reflected by her flexibility and accessibility towards her clients. We never felt she was out of reach and she accommodated the indecisiveness of the nervous bride with patience and grace. If you're still sitting there reading this review, you're already late in securing the best photographer on the island! GET UP AND CALL...NOW! -

Yamilette was WONDERFUL!!! Her work is beautiful and she was a savior the day of our wedding. I was so nervous and she kept me calm. The ceremony started late and when it was over, we had limited time of sunlight. She took charge, had my guests return to the venue and took magnificant pictures. Our wedding pictures came out gorgeous.
I would DEFINITELY recommend Yamilette! -

WOW! Yamilette is unbelievably talented. I have nothing but wonderful compliments on our wedding pictures and though scenery has a lot to do with that, I know so much of it is because of her. Since our first meeting to agree on dates and other stuff until the delivery of the Wedding Album I enjoyed all interactions with her. LOVED all the unexpected and spontaneous pictures she took of us and our guests. You would feel lucky to have her at your wedding. She will go far and beyond all your expectations. -

Yamilette was amazing! when I cried off half my makeup (and the makeup artist had already left) she pretty much pulled out a magic tissue and told me "that's what photo shop is for!". so glad she was there, she really saved the day! oh yeah and all of her photography was amazing too! LOL -
