  The consummate pro

  My wife and I knew early on we wanted to go with a DJ for our wedding over a live band. Zandi came highly recommended from our wedding planner and after meeting with him for our initial consultation, it quickly became clear why.
  He took the time to discover what was important to us, and what we wanted our guests' experience to be like. He was both consultative and directive, and my wife and I agreed that when Zandi Entertainment emceed our wedding, we would need Zandi himself at the helm.
  I've had several people approach me since our wedding, separately and unprompted, just to tell me the music was "the best they'd ever experienced at a wedding" and that "the dancefloor was never empty." This was especially great to hear as the music and reception experience were among the top priorities for me and my wife.
  From the song selection, the timing, to the steady crescendo of the evening Romin orchestrated, Zandi Entertainment is the obvious choice for music lovers who want a soundtrack on their wedding day that will be remembered as uniquely their own.

  Wedding Review

  For our March 2024 wedding, we used Zandi Entertainment. Ollie was our DJ for the night. Everything was very organized especially with the use of a mobile app to choose songs for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Many of our guests complimented the way the songs mixed together and flowed. Ollie also took in our request to have a fun vibe without making the music too loud, which was appreciated by our guests. His flexibility to roll with unexpected changes in the schedule was helpful too. We would definitely recommend Zandi Entertiainment for any event you may have.

  For our March 2024 wedding, we used Zandi Entertainment. Ollie was our DJ for the night.   10/10 professionalism, music, and experience

  Romin is the most professional and detail oriented vendor. He offers more than just deejaying. He provided an experience for our guests that aligned with our vision and dreams. Romin provided the music, entertainment, lighting, and design. He was hands-on, and never made us feel like he had other clients to attend to. I could not have expected my wedding night without him as a vendor. You get your moneys worth and more with Romin. We can’t thank Romin enough and our guests won’t stop raving about how amazing he was!!

  Absolutely Amazing!

  Wow! Zandi Entertainment is AMAZING! They were true professionals throughout the entire planning process and facilitated the perfect experience for the best day of our life. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. We were fortunate enough to get paired with Romin as our DJ, and honestly could not imagine having anybody else. He was super genuine in getting to know us as a couple and what we envisioned for each part of the wedding. He has a true passion for music and listened to what we like and don't like. He could pick up on the vibe that we wanted even when it was tough for us to explain. Romin was able to tastefully mix and transition songs in a way that fit our personalities and our guests. He took the extra time and gave extra effort into making sure he knew exactly what we wanted. Every single aspect of the music at our wedding was perfectly executed!   Perfect and amazing

  We could a wonderful experience with Zandi Entertainment. We loved everyone on the team.
  Romin is wonderful- he is high energy, responsive, and creative. We instantly knew Zandi was the choice for us after talking to Romin. He truly tries to understand the vision and makes the experience feel very personal. He took time to understand us as a couple, our likes, dislikes.
  Dj Miggl was our DJ for the wedding and he was absolutely amazing. He is so easy going and kind. He was able to easily accommodate all of our requests. We wanted some very specific cultural songs that he accommodated. He also readily made decisions and offered his opinion when we needed. He also worked very well with all of the other vendors and took a lot of stress off of us. He is so good, that we will now be trying to go see some of his other sets.
  We also had a percussionist, Robert, who was truly life of the party. Many guests commented how amazing and fun he was.
  Overall, highly recommend Zandi Entertainment for their professionalism, kindness, and adaptability.

  Working with Zandi Entertainment Was a Dream!

  Working with Zandi Entertainment for our wedding was an absolute dream! My husband and I met with a handful of DJs before meeting Romin, and he was the only one we felt really cared about our vision for our wedding. He spent hours with us in meetings walking through our favorite genres/artists/songs and helped define our overall vibes for the day, ultimately crafting the perfect playlist!
  
  Throughout the planning process, we emphasized a major goal for our day was ensuring all of our guests felt comfortable and welcome on the dance floor, and boy did Romin deliver!!!! All of our guests (from ages 3-68) were celebrating on the dance floor with us, and that is all because of Romin and his amazing team! Romin not only helped set the tone on the wedding day, but also made sure we stayed on schedule and served as an amazing MC during the reception!
  
  We decided to add Zandi Fusion to our wedding package only weeks before the wedding, which was the BEST decision ever!!!! The jazz trio and saxophonist were incredible – it truly was the best of both worlds and helped elevate the music for our ceremony and reception. We have heard nothing but wonderful things from ALL of our guests about the music the entire wedding day!
  
  We absolutely LOVED working with Romin and can’t recommend him and his team enough! THANK YOU, Romin for helping make our dreams come true!

  Highly Reccomend!

  My husband and I got married in October and wanted to prioritize our DJ as the first vendor for our wedding! DJ Ollie was assigned to use from Zandi Entertainment and was amazing! He listened to the vibe we were going for during the wedding and reception, gave suggestions on popular songs, but also let us create our own playlists with different song choices. DJ Ollie was able to keep all the guests on the dance floor all night long. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had at the wedding!
  
  We also opted for the lighting package and would highly recommend! The lighting changed the whole ambience of the dance floor.

  The ABSOLUTE BEST DJ & overall experience!

  If you do one thing for your wedding, it should be to work with Zandi Entertainment! We rarely leave reviews online, so if we do it is because the experience was exceptional. For us, music was one of the most important aspects of our wedding and Romin and his team 100% delivered!!! He was extremely approachable, flexible/open to our ideas, and made our vision come to life. It truly felt like we were working with a friend.
  
  Romin also made suggestions (lighting, Co2, fusion) that elevated the whole experience in such a fun way. You know those weddings you go to in a semi-dark room and it just sounds like a Spotify playlist is on? This is NOTHING like that. The music was 100% tailored to our style and mixed with expertise, and the lighting further enhanced the music and overall atmosphere. The energy in the room was absolutely incredible the whole time! We also incorporated the saxophone player, which was such an amazing and way to blend the best of both musical worlds. All of the guests LOVED it!! This is definitely a way to incorporate something unique and memorable into your reception.
  
  Overall, we cannot emphasize enough how amazing this team is!!! Our goal was to have a high energy celebration with a packed dance floor all night long. Who wants those awkward moments when no one is dancing, or people aren't loving the song?! There was NONE of this. Romin engaged the crowd and adapted to the needs of our guests seamlessly. The #1 comment we received afterward was that it was the best and most fun wedding they have ever been to! But honestly MOST importantly, we (the bride & groom) had a FREAKING BLAST!!!!!!   Zandi Entertainment is everything you would want and more for your wedding entertainment! We worked with Romin for our original consultation. He asked great questions and really made us feel comfortable. He put together a great template for what we needed to execute our vision for our wedding day.
  
  We had the great pleasure of having DJ Ollie as our wedding DJ. We met with him several times before our wedding to walk through our vision, our music preferences, our timeline, and other small touches we wanted. He arrived early at the venue to make sure everything was set up perfect. He checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Our guests all loved him. It was such a fun experience! If you’re deciding between Zandi Entertainment and anyone else, you should 100% choose them! It was worth every penny.

  Beyond Phenomenal

  Zandi Entertainment was beyond phenomenal at our wedding. Romin took the time to really get to know us as a couple and as individuals. He truly wanted to capture everything we were looking to achieve for our wedding. Zandi Entertainment truly made our wedding absolutely perfect. Every single guest was dancing the enter time and we could not have pictured anything better. We are beyond happy that we chose them for our wedding. Super grateful!

  Romin of Zandi Entertainment was beyond a pleasure to work with. He was professional, thoughtful, and completely understood what we wanted. He was the best addition to our wedding night; It would not have been the same without him. He listened to us throughout the process and executed flawlessly.   Packed Dance Floor All Night!

  Zandi Entertainment served as our DJ and lighting specialist for our rooftop rehearsal dinner and ballroom wedding reception. From the consultation meetings before signing to the timeline reviews with our DJ to the space walkthroughs to the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, Romin and his team delivered!
  
  Romin and DJ Ollie were very flexible and not only helped bring our vision to life but also had some great suggestions that enhanced the events. Lighting for the rooftop rehearsal dinner was not easy to do, but Romin and the team made it happen and gave the event a classy DC rooftop bar vibe!
  
  For the wedding reception, DJ Ollie kept us on track with our busy program and set the right mood throughout the night from classy dinner-time music to line dances to a more clubby feel at the end. THE DANCE FLOOR WAS PACKED ALL NIGHT! The lighting team once again did an amazing job, especially the COLD SPARKS! We had them as part of our choreographed first dance, and the guests loved it! We can still hear the cheers! Definitely a WOW factor that was worth every penny!

  Amazing Romin created an Amazing Night

  Romin and all of Zandi entertainment did an amazing job of DJing and MCing our wedding. From the beginning Romin was professional and just what we wanted in our DJ. He is an expert in his field who will do everything he can to make your wedding day dreams come true. Being theatre people we had a lot of expectations from our DJ and he surpassed every one of them. He was also incredibly thoughtful and support of our own personal wishes and desires for the day. I would recommend Romin to anyone who was looking for a host/DJ for their event. 11/10!

He is an expert in his field who will do everything he can to make your wedding day dreams come true. Being theatre people we had a lot of expectations from our DJ and he surpassed every one of them. He was also incredibly thoughtful and support of our own personal wishes and desires for the day. I would recommend Romin to anyone who was looking for a host/DJ for their event. 11/10!

  We met Zandi through our venue, the Birkby House, and they couldn't stop raving about how amazing they are and so professional to work with. It was all true! Zandi Entertainment and our DJ, Ollie, helped us throughout the entire process. They had amazing, gregarious personalities that made for a perfect DJ & MC. Our DJ, Ollie, created a genuinely fun atmosphere and was able to read the vibe of the room and act accordingly so the moment never got stale. We also had the Lighting & Photobooth, which were MASSIVE hits! The lighting truly created a one-of-a-kind ambiance and the photobooth was a crowd favorite. People were taking photos, making videos and GIFs all night. The best part is that Romin sent us the link at the end of the night so we were able to access all the photobooth content. Zandi entertainment is worth every cent! They helped us create a flawless flow for a gorgeous wedding.

From our first meeting with Romin, we knew he was going to throw us a great party. He brings amazing energy and knows exactly how to get friends and family on the dance floor. He is also so kind and sat down with us before the wedding to wish us luck and help calm us down, which was so appreciated. He made sure everyone was properly mic'd in a timely manner and was insanely efficient in flipping the ceremony booth to the official DJ booth during cocktail hour. All around 10 out of 10 and couldn't have asked for a better DJ to bring the party. Not to mention, the planning process was actually fun and Ollie made sure to get a feel over the course of multiple planning sessions of exactly the type of vibe we wanted. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Since day one of working with Romin he was our advocate and made sure that he got to know us as a couple and our vision for our wedding day so that he could execute. We hired Romin over a year before our wedding and over that year and the months leading up to our wedding he was consistently communicative, attentive, positive, organized, and most importantly, FUN! Romin and the Zandi team provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing, as well as lighting for our wedding. When my fiance and I first started wedding planning we didn't know much about lighting and the difference it can make to a space. Romin showed us various examples of lighting work him and his team have done and walked us through what lighting colors would work best for us based off of our venue and reception space. The night of our wedding when we walked into our reception we were blown away by how a small detail such as lighting could scale up the room so much! Looking back, we would have regretted not incorporating lighting into our space. Our guests could not stop raving about Romin and the music - he brought high energy and fun vibes throughout the night, and there was not a single person not dancing!
